Tim Hortons review: service/creamy chills

We went through the drive thru at this location. When we got to the microphone we said hello but there was no answer. We got a little closer and the person on the mic asked "do you want anything" in a very rude tone. This awful attitude seems to be the normal thing at this location and the one down the street. We came to this location because of the one down the street. The lady at the window that gave us our drinks was very pleasant and happy (the only thing good thing about this stop). The person taking orders with the headset on looked like she was in a awful mood, just miserable. This was at 10 am this morning August 15, 2019. We ordered a coffee and two Chocolate Chills. Bothe chills were very watery and not very chocolatey. We've had them before, but these one weren't the greatest. I know both locations are owned by the same people. Get your [censored] together and hire decent people.

This is the last time we will ever go to either locations. Never again. I don't drive but my husband does, and the two Tims on Division street are in walking distance for me and in warmer weather I go a couple times a week. Never again tho. NEVER AGAIN!
