Tim Hortons review: service

I have been in this Tim Hortons a number of times and it is the same thing over and over again. I put my order in the order kiosk because there were six people in line thinking it would be faster. WRONG Fifteen people were served before I received my order of two coffee's. It would of been faster standing in line. So my question is, why have the kiosk?
