Tim Hortons service

The most poorly managed location I've EVER been too. A half hour wait for 2 coffees in store. I was 4th in line when I came in the door! 4 people on drive thru, 1 person for in store who couldn't take an order. Told everyone they were out of almost everything but meanwhile I watched the drive through people serving the same thing! I'm absolutely disgusted!

Tim Hortons pumpkin spice latte

I looked forward to enjoying a pumpkin spiced latte today at Tim Hortons. I had enjoyed the autumn drink in past years from other coffee shops so I was familiar with the delicious taste. Instead, I received a drink that had no taste of pumpkin, no taste of spice and no taste of coffee. Tasted like watered down hot milk with a bit of froth on top. Very, very disappointing.

Tim Hortons tea

I ordered, as I always do, a Large Decaf tea with milk today. Because I was in the drive through, I didn't check the tag to make sure that the tea was infact decaf.
When I got to my office, I checked the tag and sure enough, it was regular tea.

Perhaps your staff need to understand that there are some customers, such as myself, that cannot have caffeine due to a medical condition.

Had I have not checked, and drank the tea, I would be in the hospital right now!

Tim Hortons service delay and giving more preferences for drive thru customers rather than dine in

Its been several times i visiting this place, only because of the reason that I am a big fan of Tim hortons coffee.
Everytime I visit for a coffee. I need to wait for atleast 20min for a coffee(nothing else).
At the same time i seen over 10-15 cars passing through, by getting their ordered coffee or food. And I work everyday Morning. And you can understand that frustration to stand in line to get coffee. Some of the team members are not showing their courtesy for wasting my 10-15 min. Even their face looks like grumpy. I know the challenges comes on when there is a big line up. But its upto management.

Or is that policy of whole tim hortons? Giving more priority for customers who have a car rather walk down to get a coffee? Hey, at the end of service we dining people are giving same remuneration what driving people give.

Tim Hortons your toaster

Dear Tim Hortons,

Please, for the love of God, standardize your toast settings. These settings mean something different to each employee and each location and I am hardly ever getting what I wanted. I am constantly either disappointed in what I've received or I am sending it back for a remake which is costing you money. It's ridiculous.

Tim Hortons service

I decided to go through the drive thru, and I was about to order. When I placed an order, the person at the speaker could not hear me and just kept on saying hi, when clearly she had taken multiple orders that day using the drive thru. Then, I decided to go to the drive thru's window and she took my order and was very rude at whole thing and took a good 5 minutes to open the window. When I was looking through the window, I could see her talking to the other workers. When she opened the window, I ordered and got my drink. When I got my drink, I said thank you. She never said your welcome and shut the window quickly.

Tim Hortons coffee orders wrong repeatedly

Went for coffee this morning, asked twice to make sure shot of pumpkin spice in coffee and asked again at the window. They confirmed it was since it wasn't wrote on the lid. Came to work, nope no pumpkin spice. Stupidly I go back at lunch time and order 4 coffee with pumpkin spice for me and co-workers. Again say it wasn't in the one I had this morning please make sure they are right this time. Come to work, NOT 1 had the pumpkin spice in it. That's 5 coffee today, all wrong. It's just not good enough, plus paying extra for that each time. It's not difficult

Tim Hortons ice capp

I purchased 3 ice caps on my visit to this location. It's inside an esso gas station. They were training a new employee. I placed my order and waited for it. when i got my ice caps, i took them and left the location as i was in rush to get to work. I had a sip of it and realized there was funny taste. not sure what it was, but tasted like the milk or cream or whatever they use had spoiled. i wouldn't recommend this location to anyone not just for this reason, but they were messing up other people's orders too and had some employee's relatives in there talking to them in their language.
This was on Aug 24, 2019 around 10:45am.
I would like to be compensated for the spoiled drinks i was served.

Tim Hortons beyond meat breakfast sandwich

I ordered a beyond meat breakfast sandwich from the Tim Horton on Davenport in Toronto, ON. I used the kiosk machine to order my breakfast to go, once I got in the car and drove away I noticed that there was no sausage patty in the sandwich. It was just lettuce and tomato. Unfortunately I did not have time to go back as it was rush hour and I had to get to work, I had to then spend the day with no breakfast. Very disappointing as I was very excited to try the beyond meat sausage patty.

Tim Hortons coffee and breakfast sandwiches

Everytime I order a coffee in drive-thru there is no sugar in it. Everytime I order breakfast sandwiches they are always forgetting to either put bacon on it or wrong cheese on it i'm always taking something back out of my order because its in correct. I know it's not the person taking my order it's the person who is working on deli and making coffees I hope this gets taking care of because i'm not happy with the service at the store in jarvis ontario

Tim Hortons unhygienic environment

hi there
the food of tim hortons is good
but it doesn't seem good when you see houseflies on the food everywhere.
I have seen flies on the sweet portion (where timbits and croissants are kept ) and even asked the employees to do something about it
Flies can lay upto thousands of eggs and if such food is eaten with eggs of flies, one could get sick due to food poisoning or may even lead fatal.
Please see into this matter.

Tim Hortons coffee

I purchased a coffee this morning in Ottawa, Ontario. At 511am
Upon getting too work I went in the office and continued drinking my coffee . Never leaving it out of my site in front of co-workers. At the end of the drink I felt a tickle on my tounge. I stopped drinking the last 1/3rd of the coffee. Opened the lid. And seen something floating in my cup.
I poured out the remaining coffee only too reveal a wolf spider 🕷 in my coffee it was the biggest spider I've ever seen!
I threw up. And went directly back to the Tim's I came from. They took my info and the evidence. I have pictures and I'm not happy at all!
I will be contacting my laywer later on today! If I do not hear something on this issue. I was temporarily given a timmies gift card for ten dallors and I have that too someone in need as I can't even think of drinking coffee here again!
I'm totally disgusted! I want retribution

OH MY GOD. I thought this was going to be a stupid, [censored]ic entry... like the rest of the ones on here. Well... about 95%... everyone just complains about things that just DON'T MATTER and are really not a big deal. Oh my lord though... THIS IS INSANE! SOOO CRAZY! You better sue the crap out of them. If this happened to me I just wouldn't even know what to do. I would want SERIOUS compensation for pain and suffering because I don't think I would be able to eat or drink anything from a place again without pouring it out "just to check" AGAIN. I'm sorry this happened to you, that's horrible. Just a SUGGESTION, I would not say that I had the drink around other people what so ever. I would say that I found the spider in my drink IN THE CAR. This will make it so they can't argue what so ever that someone put it there without your knowledge after leaving the store. Even if you say it did not leave your sight, they could still argue that you may have to try to get out of paying you. Honestly, if you just contact the company they may attempt to settle out of court and then you don't have to pay all the lawyer fees.

Tim Hortons terrible service and wrong orders

When you go to both I mean both Tim Hortons and they still screw your orders up. I didn't think it was hard to make a coffee or the right bagel, which has happened to many times to count. Went again today and wanted a bagel with butter and get cream cheese again and head to the other Tim's to get it corrected and the toaster oven is broken and not offered anything for the screw up. Napanee Tim's Hortons im here everyday, but I'll just go to McDonalds from now on, terrible service, not happy 😡

Tim Hortons the parking lot potholes

The parking lot has treacherous pot holes, always. Normally they can only barely be missed. After todays impact i will not return, absolutely unacceptable. There is multiple sinkholes at least 12 inches deep. I consider returning with my Mcdonalds breakfast and eating it in the parking lot as i point out the obstacles to you potentially future lost clientele. I will send a pic of the front end of my car. It has 5000 miles on it, if it starts acting up in the near future i will be seeking damages. Thank you for your time.

Tim Hortons the manager jeremy

Last week I found the red tip of the whipped cream in the bottom of my drink. I submitted a complaint thru here.

Jeremy called me today for a resolution. I accepted a 20 dollar gift card as compensation. He told me to come into the store before 4 pm today to pick it up. I was there at 320 pm. He had left early. I asked for my card and was told to come back tomorrow. I am done wasting my time. You placed a disgusting object in my drink then lied to me. I am even more irate towards your store and its practices now. Congratulations on being possible the shadiest Tim Hortons franchise in all of the World.

Tim Hortons vanilla dip doughnuts & ice caps

I've been ordering vanilla dip doughnuts for awhile and all of a sudden about a year ago they started only sprinkling half of the doughnut leaving the other just frosting no sprinkles, I've been in qubec & Nova Scotia this month and notice they are not doing this, I'm wondering If you knew they were only giving half of what other places do, the same with ice caps, I order an large and get a large cup filled to a med and so on . Very unimpressive work in happy valley goose bay compared to other establishments in your name

Tim Hortons services and lack of products

Every single time we go to this tim hortons and ask for anything more than a coffee or donut they always say they are out of one ingredient that is essential to make whatever it is I ordered. Last week it was bacon, yesterday it was sausage, another day it was eggs. What kind of tim hortons is this? On Sunday August 25th we walked in, again asked for a b.l.t combo and once again received the expected reply that they were out of bacon. However the girl telling me this failed to notice another girl making one behind her. At this point I was turned off food because the girl's B.O was so bad my stomach was turning so I just walked out and got what I wanted at coffee time. My suggestion would be to get rid of the young staff who have to use the excuse that the store is out of a product just so they don't have to make it. THAT'S PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE.

Tim Hortons wraps, training, attention to detail

I have consistently, 4/5 visits, received the wrong order. None of the staff seem to be able to get anything right. The quality of the products is at an all time worst. Everything is put together sloppily. They never have enough of anything made and are frequently out of products. On top of this, the menu is getting more and more disgusting. All the things that made Tim Hortons amazing is being taken away. The iceberg lettuce replacing real romaine in wraps makes them taste like cheap Burger King. Their new focus on changing menu items to compete with places like McDonald's or Burger King is ridiculous, and not what Tim Hortons is loved for. This amazing Canadian business is just turning into an even more disgusting version of the main fast food chains. Go back to the old Tim Hortons. Train your staff.

Tim Hortons drive thru

On August 25th at 1:30pm there were 5 cars in front of us in the drive thru... based on the timer from the cashier we waited 9 minutes to get a cold coffee and tea. I have waited 12 minutes before at this exact location. We appreciate that specialty coffees etc take time but ask the client to pull ahead because people just getting a quick coffee get very frustrated at the long wait!

Tim Hortons customer service

Wow, where to start. I have never in my entire life received such horrible customer service. I live in Port Alberni BC Canada, and I go to the Tim Hortons on Redford Street every morning as it's closest to my house (otherwise I would boycott this location all together) I spend at least $10 - $16 every day for my orders. When I order I ask for breakfast sandwiches without cheese, shouldn't be that difficult to not put cheese on the breakfast sandwiches, but EVERY time they put cheese on it or they give us the plant base sausage when we ask for original sausage. EVERY time I ask them to fix it, it takes them at least two times to get it right. Honestly, they are playing a game and making it wrong on purpose because I can clearly see the employees laughing and joking about me handing my order back, EVERY time. It's absolutely embarrassing that a customer spends that kind of money at the store each and EVERY day and they screw you around on purpose. Not once have they ever tried to make it up by giving us our next order or trying to make it right. The Manager at the store, Gareth, is going to ruin Tim Hortons reputation, because let me tell you, in a small community where people talk all the time, people will tell 3 people about how good the service is and they will tell 10 people about how bad the service is, which is what I have done. You would think the employees would be kind to a customer who is clearly a regular and spends a lot of money there but nope, they all treat me like a piece of crap every time I go through the drive thru. I'm not sure why I continue to go there but today was the last straw, and I will NEVER go back to that Tim Hortons again. I will be going to McDonald's for my coffees and my breakfast sandwiches going toward, this has been such pathetic treatment to a good customer. I will continue to tell people about my hundreds of disappointments going to that Tim Hortons, because it has been brutal. They are such an embarrassment to the Tim Hortons franchises and it needs to stop. You're losing a good paying customer because of a bunch of useless employees who don't give a crap about their customers.
