Its been several times i visiting this place, only because of the reason that I am a big fan of Tim hortons coffee.
Everytime I visit for a coffee. I need to wait for atleast 20min for a coffee(nothing else).
At the same time i seen over 10-15 cars passing through, by getting their ordered coffee or food. And I work everyday Morning. And you can understand that frustration to stand in line to get coffee. Some of the team members are not showing their courtesy for wasting my 10-15 min. Even their face looks like grumpy. I know the challenges comes on when there is a big line up. But its upto management.
Or is that policy of whole tim hortons? Giving more priority for customers who have a car rather walk down to get a coffee? Hey, at the end of service we dining people are giving same remuneration what driving people give.
