Tim Hortons service

Hello, I've always known this Tim Hortons is notorious for being slow but it's convenient for me. First...they messed up on what bagel I wanted 2 times. Secondly, they erased my order and kept moving forward with other orders even though I saw them get rid of the bagel. I talked to them the first time and assumed they were making me my bagel. I waited another 7 mins and talked with them again. They weren't willing to make my bagel until I stated to argue with them. I hate having to argue as I prefer to just be patient but I was at the end of my rope when I have to wait almost 15 minutes for a toasted bagel.

Tim Hortons everything

I go to tim hortons on tecumseh road east every single day.. Sometimes 2 or 3 times! So many times I go there and get the wrong coffee, I get dark roast, or it's not what I ordered. Multiple times I have disregarded the mistakes but after a while the cost of wasted orders adds up and i'm not willing to drive all the way back everytime I dont get what I ordered, although I have on many occasions.

Tim Hortons customer service

Hello Sir, madam
I went drive through on August 23th 2019, 1 Am on Saturday at 7288- King George and order 2 ice coffee . The girl name Priya took my order . I tried to change my cup size and she raised her voice that stop talking. I went to the window and try to explain to her why i tried to change the order and i never scream on her. she was so rude and said THAT'S IT, I'M NOT SERVING YOU. She shut down the window on my face and turn of some switch on top . She went back and i waited for 10 min with kids and my friend in my car and finally a staff in front came and serve me.The staff said i don't know why Priya did that. I was so upset and kids were upset .
The business run with customers and that how they are paid. If you as a staff don't act like professional then how Tim Horton business will run.
I was not a customer with threat or violence. I'm a regular customer with 20 years of costumer service experience.
If i said anything bad to her then they can see in video. I have proof and the store has video camera outside as evidence.
I went to talk to both managers and there are brothers and sisters but no response. I left my name and Phone number to manager . Still its 2 weeks and the manager never responded.
I hope some one hear my voice.

Their is No reason a sign saying "No debit or credit" can't be put up at the begging of the drive through.It is not in an way reasonable to make people wait in a line up of 20 plus vehicle in a drive through only to get to the speaker saying their is No debit or credit. Then have to wait for another 5-6 vehicles to get served before you can leave the drive...

Tim Hortons customer service

I was in this location on Monday. What is normally a morning ritual for my boyfriend and I, we had not been to this particular location for our food orders before. Our morning was quickly soured by the inconsiderate and rude "customer service " we received as we could openly hear multiple workers making fun of my order and apparently not paying attention to their surroundings as we could hear them quite easily. All I did was as for the sausage sandwich with no biscuit, simply because I am unable to eat that part but do enjoy the rest. If there were another option I would do something else but this is the only thing I can eat without getting seriously ill.
Perhaps if the workers had spent more time completing the steps of service that all food services are meant to provide, and less time making fun of me and making me regret ordering anything at all, then they wouldn't have further soured the experience by neglecting to give up napkins or anything to help me eat my food AND make my coffee wrong.

Tim Hortons condition of 'in-store' environment

I am a firm believer in the adage "If you like our product tell others, if you do not tell us'. I am doing so. Monday Sept. 1st. in the store had an extremely bad odor. I can only describe it as either a wet dog smell or moldy dishcloth smell. I'm sure one can identify with that. The manager was not in. Also during the past month or so there have been a large number of flies in the seating areas. This is very annoying. The cleanliness generally has gone down hill over the past while. I frequent this store fairly often as do friends of mine. The same opinion has been voiced by them to me as well. I do not know if they have voiced similar concerns to you. Thank-you for your attention to this matter.

Tim Hortons new style lids.

You have lost me a customer for life unless you give customers the choice of old and new style lids. I've talked to many people who feel the same way, particularly people who buy coffee in the drive through lane and drink it while they are driving. If you hit a bump the new lids spill or splash out coffee easier, usually on my tie on the way to work. The same can happen when walking with coffee.
The old style lids with the flap have an option which prevents this. Instead of pushing the flap up and affixing it to the top of the lid, the flap can also be pushed inwards into the coffee. I know it wasn't designed to be used in this manner, but many customers do, whether you know it or not. I am an engineer myself and understand why it works. When pushed inside the cup, the flap acts as baffle, similar to the baffle in a gas tank that prevents the gas from splashing around on rough roads or when you hit a bump or pothole. Your product engineers should be looking into even improving upon this rather than switching to a completely new type of lid which allows coffee to splash out while driving. The first time I used one of your new lids, guess what, coffee slashed out on my tie, jacket and white shirt. Yeah I could blame the roads but if Tim Hortons would not have changed the lid, chances are the coffee would not have spilled while I was drinking it.
I don't really expect that Tim Hortons will take this complaint seriously, but you should. Try both lids yourselves while drinking your coffee when driving. The old style lid with the flap pushed inwards also helps prevent splashing and spillage while you coffee cup is sitting in place in you car cup holder.

YES! I agree with this complaint! If I wanted these new style lids I'd go to McDonald's! They suck [censored] and spill everywhere! Bring back the original lids!

Tim Hortons ice caps

Hi my name is Lena. I am sending a complaint about the price of an ice cap and the consistency of the product I go to a Tim Horton's in Carleton Place there are two the one downtown don't give you very much in your ice cap. The one on the highway fills it up. I bought one today in Arnprior there are two in Arnprior the one on Staye Court gives you very little in your cup for $5 as well. Tim Hortons chicken strips

Chicken strips were barely warm, not fresh cooked. Bag spouts ALWAYS FRESH. Not fresh at all. What a waste of money! At airport prices. Disappointed!
They were out of potatoes, and I got a 1/3 cup of ice when I asked. There was no sauce but sweet n sour. I was able to eat 2 bites of a chicken strip and had to throw them out. It was gross. I've heard nothing but raves about Tim Hortons. First experience there. Wasnt a good one

Tim Hortons right violation

I worked at store 2919 I am still owed a check for my last week they do not answer me when I call about it.
I was told by the unprofessional general manager lucy that it was mailed out but I was also told they should not do that.
I did not receive it and it has been 6+ weeks now I am suffering without my pay, I cant even buy food to live, not a joke
I call and call they never get back to me so I went to the hollywood and main store and lucy the gm said it was mailed out not her problem
So I asked for the check to be reissued and I will pick it up she said "no" goodbye and left
I cant believe this
I can die if I do get my hard earned money
I cant eat
I am suffering please do something about this mistreatment
Or I will take action into my own hands and arrange a picket out front that store
I know they serve expired products to save money I know all the short cuts they take and am not the only person they have done this too

Aaron the owner has been bad talking me to other owners for no reason preventing me from getting another job I also have proof

Tim Hortons the food

The food at your locations gets worse and worse. I just ate part of the worst sandwich I've ever had. Rock hard bread and rotten lettuce. Years ago you had a ham and Swiss that was so good. It's gotten so downhill over the last 10 years. That along with the rude, incompetent non English speaking staff makes me want to stop coming altogether. The language barrier is often so great that they can't provide service to your customers. It's really unfortunate because Tims used to be a great place to get a coffee and a bite to eat and the quality has just gone to [censored]. In both service and product.

The past few times we have gone to this Tim hortons, we are missing a food item we have ordered and is on our receipt so we know we had ordered it. Yesterday for breakfast we ordered a beyond sausage egg and cheese meal with a vanilla dip donut, and drove home to discover no donut. Tim Hortons new lids are impractical

Your new lids are completely useless and un practical for many reasons 1 if they do not stir your coffee you cannot shake it which it's rarely mixed enough. 2. You can not drop it there is a 0 percent chance of recovering it well the old lids stayed tight and barely spilled a drop .. 3 as a busy person I and many people I know often use our teeth to hold it while completing a task which now is impossible 4. The hole to drink through is not large enough and is to far back from the edge of the rim of cup please discontinue the lids and go back to the old flat style . As a frequent customer spending 2.000 -4000$ a year I will consider taking my coffee addiction else whare thanks
