I have already complained and stopped coming to the most convenient location for me however this location STILL does not have a functioning expresso machine. Please explain why you are advertising something on your menu that you don't carry? It's beyond ridiculous. Other locations are able to fulfill orders properly, what is wrong with this location?

I just walked out of the Tim Hortons in Calcutta, Ohio because of the excessive flies. The cases with donuts and muffins were polluted with flies. Flies were walking all over food which is so unsanitary. The cases are wide open in the back and need doors on them. The last time I was there I noticed an abundance of flies in the restaurant but not on the food. Please correct this problem.

I ordered Caffe Mocha and I was given hot chocolate. When I asked server she told me It is half chocolate half coffee. My question is why you are naming a product which you cannot supply. econdly, you are making fool of customer by not explaining it is some new formulation. On top of that no receipt was given. Even cashier didn't ask if I need receipt.

Tim Hortons they did not pay me

I was working at Tim hortons in midland Ontario on Highway 93 I quit do to bad supervision and I put on many complaints and they did nothing about it so I just quit the job and we got paid on October 25th but I got nothing in my bank account at all! So I checked up on it and they said that they would be mailing my money to my address and yet I still have nothing! It is now October the 30th and I still do not see anything in the mail it has been 5 business days and climbing... I need my money from my job and I have no idea how to get my money all they keep saying is " the check would have been mailed to your house " they owed me 2 or 3 days of pay... they are supposed to pay me within 3 days from what I was reading online but yet I still have nothing!

Tim Hortons coffee served at drive thru

When my daughter applied for a job with your chain she was told she could not wear nail polish for hygienic reasons which I agree with. I ordered a coffee at your queensway near islington location and was absolutely disgusted when the woman handed me my coffee after having her hand all over my lid and her hand was all covered in henna. Needless to say i did not drink it. I guess there are different standards for different employees. I will no longer be frequenting your chain as I have no idea what standards of hygiene you enforce in the back when I see you don't have any with the service provided up front.

Tim Hortons hockey card issue

To Whom It May Concern.

I am contacting you in regards of your hockey card binders. I think that is absolutely disgusting that I have been looking for now over a week now in the province of Newfoundland and now I have been traveling the province of Nova Scotia and of course there was none to be found and after calling several in New Brunswick. This absolutely disgusting you don't mine publishing the hockey cards but not enough binders. Then you expect people to buy ur hockey cards and unable to get the binders to go with them. I am a loyal customer of Tim Hortons but this is sure turning me away for your from your establishments from Newfoundland to Ontario. I have had trouble with some of ur establishments in the past and has just put it by the way side. But this I can't let this one go. I am very disappointed with this year's hockey cards someone with almost 500 packs of hockey cards and can't get a binder. This totally unacceptable. I guess it's time for a change and start buying my warps muffins sandwiches and coffee at McDonalds. Look forward in hearing from someone in regards of this matter.

Tim Hortons hockey cards

Hi there,

I love the Tim Hortons hockey cards and I purchase them faithfully for my friends son who is battling leukaemia at Sick Kids. When I brought him the cards last week we noticed 10 cards were damaged. It would mean a lot to me if I could re purchase 10 packs that are not damaged or alternatively if Tim's could gift some cards.

Tim Hortons breakfast sandwich

Hello . I wrote customer service re:a breakfast sandwich that was purchased oct 10 at the airport terminal 3 at approx 6am . We just took everything close to the boarding waiting area as it was close to boarding time so I didn't have time to take it back. But I did hear from Tim Hortons and I'm not accepting a standard letter response! I'll send u the pic and you tell me you'd eat it? I lost my appetite and didn't eat it all and I was hoping at the least for my money back . Obviously I'm too far away but even to send a gift card would've been a great suggestion? Tim Hortons rewards

I had my 7/7 visit but I did not purchase a bakery item or a coffee so I was told that the next time I made a purchase it would automatically give me a free beverage. My next visit I told the staff this and they said that there was nothing that they could do given my reward card said 1/7 and did not have an outstanding free drink on it. Tim Hortons french vanilla

I purchase the Tim Hortons French vanilla from Walmart a lot and I just purchased one and the container that it comes in was changed and the taste has also changed and it is just disgusting, as soon as I took a sip I could tell right away that it tasted different. It says on the container same great taste which is FALSE ADVERTISING because it's NOT the same great taste, it does taste different and it's gross. I'm not going to be purchasing this product anymore if you don't change it back to the way it was before when it was in the old container, and I know a lot of people who feel the same way about this that I do and they will not be purchasing this product anymore either.

Tim Hortons steeped tea

There are number of drive-thru locations in the city of Winnipeg, where their steep teas are not steeped enough and get watered down cream and sugar with a bit of tea taste. The walk in locations usually have better tasting teas. The Gateway Road, Nairn and Regent's and Isabel locations guaranteed poor tasting tea. I have bought less teas these days because the quality of the teas have been a consistent let down and money wasted.
