I am so disgusted and annoyed with Tim Hortons. I had an employee (female) point at me, while I was in the dining area on Nov 2nd around 7am, and whisper to the supervisor (female) that I was at the store too long. The supervisor then said smirking "we'll have to start charging him rent" and she walked away. I still had my coffee on the table. In fact, that was my 3rd coffee (and I had a bagel and fritter prior). I spend over $100 every month at Tim Hortons and this is how I get treated and talked to. This is harassment and it will NOT be tolerated. I should not have to deal with this kind of attitude from any employee of Tim Hortons. Clearly my business is not good enough for you so I will be exploring other options for my coffee needs. I will also be sure to inform others of this experience as well until Tim Hortons learns the importance of customer service and that the customer should come first. It is no good to talk about it until you put it into action.
