I live in Goulds, NL. Canada and I am so peeved with this outlet in general. Big outlet but are always out of something you want. I, along with everyone else was entitled to a free coffee once we hit 70 points but I was receiving that less than I should have been because they were not checking to see if indeed it was a free one and I was informed by one of the workers that some employees were pocketing the money I paid for a my free coffee.Couldn't believe it. Now you have a promotion which deters me from getting my free coffee because I need to be hooked into an app on my cellphone. Well I along with many others do not own such a device. This is complete discrimination against us who also pay for our coffee just like those who possess an app. I am not a complainer but I felt my frustration had to be tabled. I was waiting for 10 minutes no cars behind and 2 cars in front of me I kept saying hello no answer from a worker for 10 minutes. They give me cold coffee no change back no sleeve for coffee no receipt, I had to ask for all of it. 15 and Ryan most careless tim hortons workers. I signed up for Tims Rewards and made the mistake of putting
USA instead of Canada. Now it shows my funds will be in USA.
I have phoned and tried to rectify on computer to no avail.
The person I spoke to said she cannot do any thing to change the
error. She said I had to go on the computer under sign up, which

All tables dirty, not being cleaned after customers leave. Customers are cleaning their own tables with paper towels

Order #9710 was ordered via mobile app which was behaving oddly. The location for Lakeridge Oshawa was not lighting up as an option. The site was not wanting to order the coffee and then all of a sudden it worked.
