Purchased one coffee and they charge me for three coffee. I was told that they will refund my money back but they never did. Today I walked inside the Tim Horton to order for coffee. While I was waiting for on the line no one seems to care at all and basically ignored for awhile. I told them I need to order coffee and one of the employee came to me and yelled at me with loud voice and acting as if she doesn't want to help me at all. I told her when you going to refund my money back and she was yelling at me by saying you were supposed to come the same day for refund and I told her I didn't knew about that because I was one of you guys will refund my money back. She started to yelled at me as if she going to come over me and beat me. I stayed calm and told her can you talk to me nicely and she just left me. The supervisor or manager I don't know who she is but she was wearing red shirt she didn't even seems to care about what was going on. For me it was like abuse because I didn't even yelled at them back. I just wanted my coffee and refund. I walked out crying because I couldn't speak more because two of the employees was attacking me with their words.
Tim Hortons - I am complaining about a manager named tecia thomas at one of your locations at 2845 stelzer rd, columbus, oh 43219
Tecia Thomas was very abusive and aggressive while taking my order, I just repeated my order twice so that she gets right, because from the past 4-5 times they are just not serving what we order. On repeating my order, she made derogatory remarks, besides, she also used abusive language. One of the sentences is " Get the F**k out!". I request the management to take some serious action about this, I am really disappointed! This is just not the way a customer should be treated anywhere.
