Never enough donuts
On sept 5 2020 between 9pm and 930 pm went to both tim hortons in napanee ontario... Centre st. And dundas st... Asked for a dozen donuts and neither location had a dozen donuts between them... Centre st had 4 and dundas had 4 and none of which we like. I think that is ridiculous and another reason people would rather shop in kingston
Another thing... Old fashioned plain donuts are my favourite which they are out of most of the time... I think they need to make more than they do as they must be popular
london fog
tastes like espresso in milk, is that same machine, needs to be cleaned not first one that has been awful
Tobacco taste in biscuit
This is one of the Worst Tim Horton's on the Planet, Never get your order right, never have the doughnut/ bagel you want-If you want anything get Coffee and go - that's the only decent thing you will get out of this location. This is not my first Rodeo with this location-and I just ordered a biscuit/bacon sandwich Sept 1, 2020 and the biscuit was not...

It is with frustration and disappointment that I write this formal complaint with your department. Time and time again my wife and I try to accommodate and be patient with the staff at this location. On numerous occasions we receive a half cup of coffee to our orders to food half raw, to a filthy store and very very unfriendly ignorant staff that don't care...

In both washrooms the toilet paper was all over the floor and the sheet on the back of the door to mark off when the washroom has been cleaned has not been written on at all. There are no actual soap dispensers mounted to the wall in the woman's washroom. Two bladder inserts are just laying on the counter. Urinal in the men's washroom was out of service and was just covered with a garbage bag.

I was in the Tim Horton's, Markdale Ontario Canada @ 8:30 approximately this Sunday morning August 16th. We live just around the corner from the store and I was there merely to pick up our breakfast order.
At first I was the only one at the counter but then 2 young fellows came in [25 to 30 I would guess]. I was wearing my mask but they were not. I asked the one lad where his mask was, the answer with a snear was, "I don't got one". I pointed to the guy and spoke to the gal & guy behind the counter, - look, no masks, - and they ignored me. I left without comment because I'm 82 and I didn't want to get into a confrontation with them.
Isn't there a protocol with respect to face masks or if one exists are little places like Markdale exempt from beach going traffic from the GTA passing through?

Customer service
Today Monday August 10, 2020 I waited about 5 minutes for my order to be taken. There were 3 servers attending the drive through window and nobody was acknowledging me till after I asked if I needed to go through the drive through in order for them to serve. One of the servers came and without not even apologizing for making wait finally took my...

She doesn't wear mask. Believe her name is Mary. When her co-worker was not at the counter, someone asked "hello is anyone there" baker came out and looked at me and walked back without saying a word. Rude. No manners. Why did she have to act like a mute and why is she not wearing a mask. Also their stale donuts are left way beyond 11 p.M. And discarded around 4 a.M. They do not have fresh ones ready promptly in the a.M.

Tim Hortons have finally done it. You have driven me away. I don't know how much simpler I can make a double toasted bagel with butter order. Maybe it's the "double" part? I had took my bagel back to be fixed, then got the same exact thing again. At the end I left in disgust. Tim Hortons, Forest Glade and Tecumseh Road, Windsor, Ontario

App won't load on my phone for the second day straight now and my physical card doesn't work.
I loaded money for mobile orders which I now cannot access.
Inappropriate is the nicest way I can put it.
So your so called ‘rewards' for mobile orders won't work and I can't even get a simple 10pts when I pay in person.
You've essentially stolen my money and are asking me to put out more now in person.
Its disgusting.
Soup bread
The soup bread is way to small, I want bigger bread with the soup. You should ask the people if they want extra bread with their soup because people forget to ask then when open the soup find a little tiny piece of bread that dont even fill you up and is not enough for even the regular size..
Ripoff on product swap
I purchased a large smothie and after paying I wasz told that the cold machine is down and I can get any other drink I would like. No other drinks cost 4 dollars plus so all I was able to get was a tea that cost under 2 dollars. The staff would not adress my issues about the pay differance.

[protected] After handing me my change (cash) the cashier with the same gloves on and no 'protective paper' to retrieve the timbis, picked 10 timbits and put them in a box - The cashier should not be handling food with the same gloved fingers - Money is dirty, and more so now with a pandemic - The supervisor said they 'change their gloves every few customers' Did I mention this is during a pandemic

Very disappointed, I'm a essential worker and deliver medical supplies in a big truck. Today I stopped at tim hortons on West Henrietta rd in Rochester ny. Only the drive through was open. I can't fit my truck in the drive through. Dublin donuts lets you go in and order. I guess they will get my business.

I don't feel like Tim Hortons are actually Canadian proud like they say because all of our streets are full of their rubbish. Even if you are far away from a restaurant you will most likely find some of their cups and lids somewhere. It is unrespectful of our environment and to our beautiful land
Putting maple leafs on stores in china that are not owned by canadians
My understanding is that the franchise are owner operated put corporate is
Owned mostly my the United States.
Canadian maple leafs should not me put on stores front signs and in stores
Your trade mark is on tim hortons not on canada and should not be sold
As being a canadian corporation. It should be a china symbol not maple leafs
You don't see coke or McDonald's with usa on their signs
You are selling coffee and donuts not canada
