Tim Hortons mobile app and skip the dishes

stood in line for 15 mins. got to till waited for another 10 mins while staff was getting skip the dishes and mobile app stuff ready will never go back you should look after the people in line first and skip the dishes and mobile app users should have to wait in line also why should people still sitting at home get better service then someone who is there standing in line

Tim Hortons Tim's card

Good morning,

I pre ordered 2 Take 12 this am and then loaded 45 on my Tim's card. When I got to the Beeton Tim's the money was already removed from my balance, yet the Tim's also made me pay for my purchase. Then two minutes later my balance was 0. So basically, my 45 dollar balance disappeared and I still had to pay for my 42 dollar order. Can someone help me with this please?

Tim Hortons Rude employee

Hi I visit ur Tim Hortons on island road Scugog Island Portperry and every time I go thru drive thru in the morning there is very rude and miserable girl working I try be nice but she is just grumpy and rude iv ask who she is apparently she is a supervisor on day shift .I think this young lady should respect her elders and if she dosn, t like her job and cant be nice for few minutes maybe she should find another job .P.S. I have heard other people in community talk about this young lady and as a Supervisor she should be more polite, all us have same complaint rude, miserable, please make our time at tim hortons a happy time .Thanku

My husband bought 4 of your bagel-egg-sausage and cheese product this morning and found a long human hair in one of his sandwiches. Not impressed very much. He was very unhappy. I thought your company was to make sure I wear hair nets at all times. We would appreciate if u could resolve this

Tim Hortons my e-mail info taken off my rewards card by someone in your IT dept.

Back in mid December of 2020 I have been back and forth with your customer service to get this resolved, I had lost my connection with my rewards card and asked your customer service to have my card reset. They send a notice to IT and they thought I was asking for two emails to be set up against this card which is not what I asked for so in turn some "TWIT" in IT took my email off my rewards card so offers or roll up rim I do not have access to or even to know what my points are. All I want is to have my email added back to my card. How difficult is this issue. It is now April 2021 to date no response. Courtesy of a return email or phone call would be nice. I have given and will give again my info phone number if [protected], [protected]@hotmail.com and my rewards card number is 7K82-68OR-02JK. Please fix this problem ASAP should not take this long.

Tim Hortons drive thru courtesy

Ordered 2 coffees for myself and an elderly woman whom I was going to check up on (to make sure she was ok), and when I was at the pickup window, I requested a tray. The Tim Hortons lady at the pickup window said "next time, ask for one, we had your order ready." This was said in an overbearing manner...and it was not even busy (3 cars waiting behind me). Not very customer-centric.

Tim Hortons Drive thru

I went to the Tim Hortons on April 1st to support a local owner and it was a horrible experience we had to wait in the line up for at least 30 minutes and there were only about 10 cars if that in the line, when we finally got to the window to order they had almost no stock of anything. They did not offer a discount or anything to make us happy and give us at least some sort of acknowledgement of our time wasted. I will not be back here anytime soon. Absolutely ridiculous and such a lack of customer service. The worst thing to say to an unhappy customer is an excuse and that's exactly what we were given an excuse and see you later.

Tim Hortons Coffee order wrong and not rolls or points provided

Went thru the drive thru today at 1:45 at the McNaughton drive thru in Maple ON. Told them triple milk double sugar medium and another order of an iced coffee. Provided them my card and paid.

Came home took a sip and mine had cream which was now three cream instead of three milk yuck.

Checked to do my rolls no rolls and no points for my purchase card was given.

Desired outcome: free coffee and I want my points and rolls

Tim Hortons There hockey challenge game

I play Tim Hortons hockey challenge daily, and I was at 2 days in a row with at least one of my picks scoring a goal. They offer free coffee for a week if you pick seven days in a row, and last night I picked another goal scorer and should be at 3 days in a row now with my streak, but today I was back to zero. Sunday night I picked Anthony Duclair to score, Monday night I picked Mitch Marner to score and Tuesday night I picked Kyle Palmieri to score. Each one of these players scored on their respective nights which was three days in a row. Also they give you reward points, and I never received them either. I am adding three photos of my daily picks for these 3 days.

Tim Hortons staffing at york road location dundas ont ,and the new eggs are terible

march 30 2021, how can you possible run a franchise with 2 people on staff and no product in the display shelves at 7 pm this location has been on the worst slide since being sold it has not been anywhere near decent from day one, such poor management. that stuff you call fresh eggs taste like rubber, quit trying to do things ment to improve if it does not improve anything. try cooking thing fresh again... not frozen and than reheated i understand that fresh cost more but fresh will drive sales up.People dont mind paying a little extra for freshly made product.

Tim Hortons Roll Up the Rim Contest

Lodged this complaint last Wednesday still no response and was advised someone would call me left my phone number with your customer service ? How are people with no cell phone, tablet or computer supposed to collect Roll up the Rim winnings? With the old way anyone could win, now especially seniors that don't own cell phones, tablets or computers or don't know how to use them are once again being discriminated against. Yet another cost cutting measure from Tim's knowing they wouldn't have to pay this out? Why would Tim's make something that was so simple for all generations of people so difficult for other generations? Remember seniors are loyal Tim's customers too.

Desired outcome: Develop a process such as before that all generations of people can play, seniors are loyal Tim's customers as well as anyone else. I would like to collect the winnings I have been blocked from receiving due to this new process.

Tim Hortons coffee

hello i have been a customer for years and years i buy about 300.00 dollars of coffe every month each time i go to timhorton my coffe is never made the right way eather no cream or no sugar in the machine so wen i get home my coffee is never right, is it to hard for them to see the defferince when they make a cup of coffee i order 3 to 4 coffee a day when they look at the coffee and they see that 1 has a little bit of creme and the next one is black open your eyes that means the bloody machine is EMPTY put a new pouch in the machine this happens a lot of times at tim in chambly PQ and in richelieu PQ PLEASE HELP GETTING TIERED OF THIS.thanks

Issue: Overcharged on App, No Resolution Received to Date

I have been waiting 24 days for a resolution on a refund request of $2.72 where your app incorrectly charged me for a coffee. I hope you can assist in getting this issue resolved, as it is absolutely ridiculous I have to wait this long to get this handled.

On 3/2/21 at 9:24 AM, I filed a request through the website/app regarding being overcharged for my coffee. I ordered the coffee via the app and it was to be charged 99 cents each. I was charged full price. I provided all evidence of this in the email. I received a response saying it was being reviewed and refund to be credited within 3-7 days. Long story short, after additional emails and two phone calls (3/13, 3/17, 3/18, 3/22), still not refund and no one could help me other than opening new claims #CAS-695783-C4T2J6 and CAS-688-M9X7W8. I have reached out through your website and FaceBook and was given the wrong customer service number to call. In talking with multiple people, only 2 people expressed any sense of concern or offered empathy or an apology, but still no resolution. I escalated the issue to a supervisor who eventually called me back only to tell me he could not do anything and it was "out of his hands", the mobile app team has to handle it.

I want you to know that I have been calm and professional throughout this process, but I am getting to the end of my patience. I PERSONALLY spend well over $250 a month on your products - and this does not include what I do as a GEICO employee. I have had SO many issues with locations not training associates correctly, wrong orders, missing items, poor service, wrong charges. I don't know why I continue to support your organization. I have other options, and I think it is time to pursue them. I'm sure you don't really care, but you should. The overall customer experience has been poor at best and it is a reflection of your entire organization,

This may seem like a petty issue, and it really is, but it is the principle of the matter. I was charged incorrectly, I deserve a refund, and your team of associates need some form of coaching and/or your process needs revamped as this happens at multiple locations.

I purchased 2 coffees for Mobile Order #9924

1 large decaf: Cost $2.10, should have been 0.99 cents
1 extra large: Cost $2.40, should have been 0.99 cents

Total: $4.50 plus 0.36 tax = $4.86

Cost should have been:
Coffee 1: .99 cents
Coffee 2: .99 cents
Subtotal: $1.98
Tax .16
Total: $2.14

$4.86-2.14 = $2.72

REFUND DUE TO ME FOR: $2.72

If you want to research my previous mobile orders, you will see that Order #9901 was billed accurately. Order #9924 is exactly the same as this and was the one billed incorrectly.

Desired outcome: Timely refund/compensation, apology, and explanation.

I go to Tim Hortons here about 6 times min a day. I have waited over 20 mins in the drive thru just to get service, never kind actually make it to the window on their evening shift. The coffee which is supposed to be 20 mins fresh is now kept in huge restaurant urns. The coffee tastes old and burnt. The food is just shoved out the door when they get it...

Tim Hortons Menu

I was under the impression that the new fresh cooked eggs were actually cooked at every location... then I find out that here in Saint John NB that the guy who owns all the stores around here actually cooks them off location and delivers them to the stores... Explains why most of the eggs I order, I send back because the yolk is green from sitting in the steam table... Also, ever since an American company bought them out, they changed the coffee and the donut selection is down to about 6 varieties at any given time... So sad to see Tim's succumb to greed... Tim Horton is rolling in his grave... cause his namesake now sucks.

Tim Hortons Electronic tim card

I contacted Tim Hortons after somehow ending up with a balance on an electronic Tim Card which is only accessible from a Smartphone which I don't own. I do have a physical Tim Card and wanted to switch the balance to that card but there's nothing on their website to allow me to do this. When I emailed their Help Desk I received totally useless instructions on how to link my Tim Rewards card to multiple payment cards — their response had absolutely no bearing on my original question.
