I would like to complain about the medium coffee today. About a third of the drinking the coffee something went down my throat and I gagged. It turned out there was lots of loose grounds in the coffee. My mouth was full of grounds and had to spit them out. I had to drink 2 cups of water to get my mouth clean. Staff should be more careful. I would like a full refund. Thank-You, Jim Damsma [protected]@yahoo.ca

Tim Hortons Mobile Order and Pickup

I had pre-ordered and pre-paid for a package of K-cups from my local Tim Hortons as well as a few other items. Not only did they not inform me on the app that they did not sell K-cups they also could not give me a refund for them and the chili they were also out of. So in the end I paid over 20$ for a large coffee and some potato wedges and was told there was nothing they could do for me!

Tim Hortons menu

Are you ever going to make potato soup again it was one of the best. Are you ever going to make tea biscuits or raisin tea biscuits. We have been getting a lot of coffee grounds in are coffee lately. Half the time you wait in the drive thru for a long time just to be told it is out of stock. Sometimes your second choice is out to. your menu has changed but not for the best. It would nice to see some of the menu items come back.

Tim Hortons Service in General

Your location at the En Route east AND westbound 401 at Woodstock are a total JOKE!
LONG lines with staff yapping among themselves while totally ignoring the line on the westbound side is a complete slap in the face to customers waiting to make a purchase.
On the eastbound side, a totally different problem. Grossly understaffed and slow as molasses. 1 staff member visible on the counter and she was SWAMPED!
Again, managers on the floor simply watch the lines grow and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help, then they DISAPPEAR!
It's sad to see a once proud Canadian institution run into the ground by franchisees that DON'T GIVE A DAMN for anything but TAKING YOUR MONEY!

Tim Hortons Farmers wrap had mouse droppings at bottom of package.

ordered 2 farmers wrap in Burnaby BC,
We noticed what looked like droppings from
Mice, result of the grills not being cleaned over night. We returned to the location, and asked if we could see there grill, they refused. Tim's refunded our farmers wrap,
To this day we would never order another one. Absolutely disgusting.
Stay away from this location, and always check the bottom of the packaging to see if

I went to a drive thru location today at 1:39 - got my order by 2:05 - which was an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and lg dbl dbl coffee. When I opened up my order I was so disappointment yet again!! Most times when going to this location the bagels are not toasted they are warmed! Tim Hortons Coffee and customer service

The dufferin store is a joke they cant make coffee I went in to get a caramel cappuccino, they tried to say I ordered an ice cappuccino when the order clearly states hot, then they gave me a cup of warm milk no coffee and caramel syrup what is going on please train your staff.

Tim Hortons Service

Lately at the new Minas, Nova Scotia Tim hortons drive thru it has been anywhere from 20 to 35min wait to get through to order and get your product. Customer service could also use some work on this shift, employees aren't very friendly acting!also when I arrived at the window they had the wrong order waiting for me aswell, my brother was ahead of me in the drive thru and had paid for my order but I was charged anyway.

I received a bagel BELT on April 30th 2021. While eating it I noticed a strange taste and texture and spat out the piece of the sandwich I was eating. Upon further investigation there appeared to be a piece of plastic in the sandwich. It appeared to be a piece of plastic from the corner of a sauce packet or something that was cut off and ended up in the sandwich.

Tim Hortons Straws

I wish you would have straws that don't break down and split before your drink is done! If you're going to go green and only have cardboard straws, please make them worthwhile. Certainly don't work for ice caps.

Tim Hortons Tim card

My issue has gone unresolved since mid-February and it's now the end of April. Somehow, while trying to register my physical Tim Card, I ended up with an electronic/APP card. Instead of registering my existing card my balance was transferred to the APP which is totally useless since I don't have a smartphone.

I sent Customer Service (which appears to be staffed by people incapable of understanding the issue, let alone responding in any helpful way). I explained what had happened, gave them both the number of the APP card and my physical card, and asked them to transfer the APP balance since there appeared to be no way for me to do this through their website.

Over two months later and after multiple emails requesting a resolution all that happens are stupid responses such as: "We're sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Tim REWARDS (!) card." It's not my $&%*^ Rewards card if you'd bother ACTUALLY reading my email; "Your matter has been referred to our IT dept." That was THREE WEEKS ago and two subsequent requests for information on what's happening have gone unanswered.

How bloody hard can it be to transfer $8.04 from one card to another?

Tim Hortons Not being able to get iced tea with your points

It is absolutely ridiculous that I can't use my banked points to get iced tea. You are able to get any other product with your points. It's not fair that you can get cold brew, iced lattes, donuts, muffins, cookies, hot tea, coffee, but your NOT able to get iced tea. This needs to change. I feel as though people who don't drink coffee are punished.

Tim Hortons Hours

Dear Sir I would like to complain about the hours of operation of Tim Hortons In Shelburne NS. Closing inside seating at 8PM is unacceptable, especially with summer approaching . I have long enjoyed a cup of coffee with my friends in the evening. I feel that they are using covid 19 as a reason to reduce service to customers. If this continues my friends and I will be having our coffee at the Robins down the road. Thank you.

Tim Hortons Cleanliness

It seems that here in Sturgeon Falls the establishment does not put out garbage receptacles outside for their customers (even drive-thru). Their reason is because people use these to dispose of their own garbage. I think this is unfair as now we see more garbage from containers, plastics, paper everywhere in the vicinity of this establishment. I think that if all items are to be in a plastic, cardboard or paper container there should be a place to dispose of them once done eating. We here in West Nipissing have a Beautification committee that take pride in keeping our town clean, green and beautiful and we need all establishments to be on board with this. If having garbage receptacles outside for their patrons is a problem with others dumping their own personal garbage this is unfortunate but at least people are dumping it in a garbage receptacle and not on a side road or gully somewhere. And we are seeing more of this as we clean different areas this year. The establishment need their cleaning crew to check on those outdoor garbage receptacles more often during the day to ensure they are emptied frequently. Another suggestion would be to have the crew do a walk around outside the establishment at different times of the day to ensure no garbage is left on the ground or might of flown away with the wind in the restaurant area. If this is done regularly there will likely be a lot to pick up. I believe we can all work together to keep our beautiful town clean, green and beautiful for generations to come. Tim Hortons Wrong Soup

I ordered broccoli soup from store# 653 on apr 14 2021, my order number is 378. I specifically asked for vegetarian soup and confirmed while leaving the store i reconfirmed it. it was my first time, so after having few sips..I came to know that is this chicken soup not vegetarian broccoli. i decided to go back to store to complaint about it and rather than accepting the mistake she offered to change the soup. i told her its too late now and i need written apology, instead of that manger call 911 on me. when police hear the case they agreed I was right and suggest to complaint to head office cause this is not acceptable as this could have lead to serious consequences if there is a allergy. food service people need to keep extra caution. so i need someone to act on it. i do have order receipt and i am sure recorded video of store is enough evidence.

stood in line for 15 mins. got to till waited for another 10 mins while staff was getting skip the dishes and mobile app stuff ready will never go back you should look after the people in line first and skip the dishes and mobile app users should have to wait in line also why should people still sitting at home get better service then someone who is there standing in line
