This UPS Store refuses to provide any veteran discount or participate in Monroe County’s F.A.V.O.R. program, even though UPS, Inc. itself is known nationwide for strongly supporting veterans. It’s embarrassing that a privately owned franchise using the UPS logo would refuse to honor veterans while the corporation they represent goes above and beyond for military members.

We’ve used multiple UPS Store franchises from New York to Florida to Nevada to California, and this is the only location that not only refuses to acknowledge veterans but actually gets nasty when you ask why they don’t offer any discount or recognition. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating veterans this way. Veterans deserve better — TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. This is not the first time.
