If you cannot even spell the word shampoo, I doubt you are in college. You made TWO mistakes. First YOU got the wrong bottle. Second, YOU lost your receipt. So if YOU are humiliated when they could not make the exchange, you can only blame YOURSELF. No one was "cruel" to you, they treated you like anyone else who would have tried to do an exchange without a receipt. As, for being a teacher, with your poor English it is no wonder the country is not doing so well. IF your English is poor what did you teach the younger generation?
