I am being harassed by another employee and nothing has been done to stop it. My coworker has repeatedly misgendered me, wrote down that she wishes I get fired, called me slurs, and walked out on me multiple times. She also called another team member a derogatory term. I have made at least 5 separate complaints to HR and nothing has been done. I don’t know what else to do. I was 17 at the time that this began and she is in her 30s. I just turned 18 and she refuses to stop writing derogatory notes and leaving them around the bar. She is rude to customers and coworkers alike. I attached some of the notes she leaves around. She writes these on company time instead of helping. Additionally, our former HR claimed that everything has been “resolved” but she is writing more notes as I type this. I am just a teenager trying to do my job. Please help. I don’t want to have to find a new job. I love working here and I can’t handle the stress any longer. I attached a few pictures of the notes she’s left (my name is Ollie/Oliver).
