My sister bought a brand new iPad from the Target store in Eatontown, NJ, and paid in cash. The box was sealed. But when we opened it at home, we found a Samsung tablet inside.

We returned to the store with everything: the receipt, the incorrect product, and the box. Instead of helping us, the staff laughed at us, accused us of fraud, and refused to issue a refund or replacement.

We’ve already filed complaints with BBB and NJ Consumer Affairs, and we’re making this public so other customers are warned. This is not just about a product — it’s about the lack of respect, responsibility, and basic customer service.

We are asking for a full refund or the correct iPad we paid for.
