stopped in at the Taco Bell in Berea Ohio. 1264 West Bagley Rd store # 040445, once again a terrible experience. I thought I would give this store one last try. Two other visits were dine in and were horrible. Cold food, dinning area dirty, fountain drink dispenser only had the regular Pepsi working, cahier Amanda was rude. Well today's visit was even worse. Waited over 20 minutes for my Dine in meal. I was the only person in the place besides the staff. No cars in drive through. I ordered the 3 loco Doritos meal and a crunchy cheese gordito. The tacos were suppose to be Supremes... got just regular tacos and they barely had any meat, ground beef, and cheese. Lettuce was wilted. The crunchy cheese gordito was even worse.. no inner taco shell... that is what makes it crunchy. Fountain drink area was a pig sty and once again got the same old RUDE cashier... Amanda. And this time she looked and smelled like she hasn't taken a shower in weeks. I will never got back there again and proberly will never go to Taco Bell in general again. Their food quality and service has free falled since COVID.
