Our Durango Colorado Twco Bell has gone to ? My grandkids love the food and always request it but the last several times I have gone, I’ve waited 45 minutes in drive thru line or almost same inside while not many people in line. No one is at a register at all and doesn’t come up from the back for cash orders. The staff moved at a turtle pace although friendly enough when they finally acknowledge you. On top of that my order is ALWAYS wrong. I have lost a lot of money because I didn’t want to go in again to get order corrected.

Desired outcome: Gift card or refunds so it’s not so painful to wait so long and to replace missing food I paid for .
