triple melt burrito
Went to taco bell at 3906 s memorial dr greenville nc on 4-17-2018 to get the new triple melt burrito for $1 each. Saw ad on tv showed loads of cheese and beef. Looked really good. Got home and unrolled dough to put sauce on and 3/4 of inside was white rice with maybe a tablespoon of beef and no cheese. The other one was the same, but did have a very small amount of cheese. Receipt showed:. Tpl melt bur x2. Ad showed, nor said anything about rice! What gives?! Very disappointed. It was after 10 pm. Someone s didn't know what they were doing. Glad it was only $1.

Let me tell you a story about a little boy who fell in love with his favorite place to eat, Taco Bell. Back in the 90's he could order all the tacos, burritos, and quesadillas he wanted and chow down on some delicious food and not get sick immediately after. He use to day dream about luscious hard shell tacos and burritos that would melt in his mouth the second they hit his tounge. Today his opinion has changed. Now when he goes to Taco Bell all he gets is bad service, no large drinks, grease on top of the grease already imbedded in the meat, no cheese but tons of lettuce, the restraunt is filthy, the order is wrong 75% of the time, and to go through a drive through line you have to ask for a few days vacation from work. I believe Taco Bell has lost a customer and one man with a little kids heart has been broken.

I went to the taco bell on Deer Valley Road in Antioch Ca at 3pm on Wednesday April 18. I'm watching my calorie intake so I wanted 3 steak fresco soft tacos and I was rudely denied saying they don't sell those after 11am. They told me to go to some other taco bell. I find this very rude knowing I've purchased these here before with no problem and it was after 11am. I'm a dissatisfied customer!

4/18/18 - Cloverdale, CA Taco Bell
I ordered my food at the drive thru window, only one car in front of me at the window waiting for their order. I sat in my car for over 20 minutes waiting for my food. Ordered a taco salad (not in the shell), when I got back to work (late) I opened the container and the beans/rice were clumped together, little or no cheese & sour cream and very little lettuce. I spent way to much of my time and money for what I received, food was cold and not very appetizing. Service is definitely lacking, I asked the young man at the window if he was the only one working. I would like a refund of my money and for the owner to be contacted in regards to my complaint.

beefy mini quesadilla and triple melt burritos
Had to throw my beefy mini quesadilla away. It was gross and sad... Half the tortilla was ripped back and meet everywhere... Wouldnt have fed it to my dog... And my 2 triple melt burritos were cold and filled with rice in the middle... My girlfriend could barely eat half of hers... I had a long day at work and this is unacceptable and inconsiderate... I want a refund... I can send pictures of the queadilla that went right in the trash... I was also not given a receipt... Convenient for such lazy and inconsiderate workers... But i ordered 2 triple melt burritos 2 beefy mini quesadillas and a nachos and cheese... The nachos were the only thing that didnt tastw bad, but were still cold... Unacceptable to take my money and give me inedible and gross food.
I dont care about the cow i care about the money i wasted on food that was not prepared and presented the way it should be... I should know Ive worked at mulitiple taco bells for a total of about 3 years experience... Unacceptable.
you could just call them and they wll fix it. reheated tbell is not that bad either i would re heat it. the cow died for nothing
breadsticks and missing food
today i went on the drive thru by taco bell/pizza hut located on merrick road, merrick NY between 11:30 - 1155 and place an order 3 chicken quesadilla and a PH2 that comes with breadsticks then i was so hungry that i didnt look at my order when they gave it to me because just get out of work and i want to get home and eat so when i got home and take my food i was missin one quesadilla and the breadstick looks so weird it looks like if somebody was eating it and then put it in my bag, then i decide it to throw them away.. then i thought on going back to the store but they didnt give me the receipt and i was so tired..
hopefully i get an answer from you and a compensation for this.. thank you
You should just call em and ask for a credit I am sure they will give it to you, this happens a lot to me.

Management made the food wrong but blamed the Cashier..Rangeline, Joplin, Mo. 64804..Management must think they are God. .they are not above making mistakes..these places cannot keep employees because of the way they are treated..How would the Management like to be treated that way...MAKE THE PEOPLE'S FOOD AND STOP FINGER POINTING..stop power tripping

I waited in the Drive-Thru for at least 15 minutes before I coul place my order. As soon as I got to where I could place my ord I immediately received a message that said the establishment was closed although it was well before the time they were supposed to closed. I was stuck in between four cars and could not leave. As soon as the car behind me pulled up they were able to place an order. Once I got to the window I told the staff what was happening and they gave me the option of placing my order and driving around again and waiting another 20 minutes. That was the only solution. No condolences were offered. The manager was called and she was absolutely useless. I was basically told I was a liar because they said hello and no one answered so I must have driven off. This was impossible seeing as how there were cars in front of me and behind me. If I had received the message that the establishment was closed, I would have driven off and gone somewhere else. However, I was stuck. So to wait another 20 minutes after waiting 15 minutes at a drive-thru seemed absurd. Another restaurant will now receive my business as this one is unprofessional and has issues with rude personnel. I was ultimately told that the people behind had an order that was ready and had been waiting. I told the "manager" that I had been waiting even longer but without any acknowledgement. She never faltered from her answer of, "Well I don't know what to tell you. You can order here but you still have to drive around and wait." I have worked in the service industry for over 15 years, ranging from restaurants to hospitals, and I would never allow the treatment of a customer or a patient in the way I was treated tonight. I will definitely be alerting my friends and coworkers at the 2 hospitals I work at to avoid this rude establishment and venture a little further to Nippers Corner where I have always been treated with respect! The sad thing is that i was most likely mistaken for the typical drunk Sunday Nashville customer where in reality, I was on my way home from working a 12 hour shift at the hospital without lunch. All I wanted was a chicken quesadilla before going to bed and taking care of patients again for another 12 hours. Thanks for a growling stomach and an even more horrible end to an already horrible day!

I went through the drive-thru last night and the girl in the window was extremely rude, shoved my food out of the window in my car. I asked for a soft shell taco did not get it so I turned around and went back to the store to get my taco. Walked in and told the manager on duty what had happened he said okay and went back to the kitchen area and said he needed a soft shell and how I ordered it and the guy making food in these exact words said " I made that [censor] taco and put it in there" the manager said oh well make it again. Did not say anything about the foul language nothing. I just think that's very inappropriate. For one the girl in the drive thru could have been nicer it doesn't matter if she was having a bad day or not and then the foul language I didn't appreciate it at all. This Taco Bell use to be awesome but now you go in and the guys have half their underwear hanging out of their pants the employees would rather talk and cut up with their coworkers than wait on customers. They also play their music on their phones so loud you can barely hear them talking and it is very ghetto music.
chalupa craving box
I ordered a chalupa craving box, then I was alerted that they had not stocked the restaurant with the cinnatwists as they should have so they would have to substitute that with tortilla chips with nacho cheese, I then agreed and proceeded with my order. when the order arrived the nacho cheese that was provided was not nearly sufficient for the chips it was probably equivalent to the amount of liquid that would come in on to two packs if hot sauce, it was a miniscule amount to say the least. I the asked the cashier (Meghan G- store #[protected] pacific hwy. SeaTac WA. 98188 4/13/2018 9:29:42 pm) she was somewhat helpful by then asking the shift manager if she would fill the cup up to an adequate amount. Nonetheless the shift manager said it was a portioned amount which is kind of ironic because I ordered 2 boxes of the same food and one had more cheese than the other. I feel that you may be losing money with this poor excuse for a shift manager, I know I will not be eating there anymore over a few cents of sauce and poor customer service.

cleaning kitchen with chemicals and smoking up the whole dining room
Me and my husband went to the taco bell at eldorado, kansas store number is 019348 the time was 9:47 got this off my receipt, got our food and sat down and thay started cleaning there kitchen with chemicals and smoked the whole building I had to leave immediately, my husband went up front and asked why thay where doing that and couldn't thay wait till thay close at 11pm thay told him if he didn't like it he should have whent somewhere else. We left our food there after spending 26.63$ I'm not eating anything made buy that kitchen and those kids very rude and disrespectful other people whent in and walked straight back out but the employees there just laughed... I'm not I had got a picture to of how smoky it was
food order wrong on several occasions!!
I visited Taco Bell today with my fiancé and ordered our food! We got home and once again after the 4th time the food order was wrong! We paid for all food we had ordered yet 4 times some of our food was missing! Probably because all the staff members were talking too much whilst putting our orders in the bag. We could have let it go if it only happened once but this has been 4 times now. We really like Taco Bell but this puts us off going anymore because of the service we are receiving we are going to end up having to check everything in the bag before leaving and this is not acceptable. Please can you speak to your staff about this issue and send us free vouchers for the food we have paid for but not got!

I would like to report a huge issue at one of the Taco Bell restaurants on Saturday, March 31, 2018.
I went with my son and we made 2 orders. One for me and another one for my son. We made orders at 5:51 PM. Then we started to wait for our food. 3 people who made the orders after us already got their food. But, we still didn't get anything. Finally, after 15 minutes of waiting, my son got his food. But, I still didn't get mine. I kept waiting and waiting, and I asked them what's going on, they just ignored me. Then, I raised my voice and asked them where's my food. They started to ask each other, but nobody knew where my order was. They couldn't find it, so they lost it.
I had to give them my receipt so they could complete my order. After half an hour of waiting, I FINALLY got my food. They didn't even apologize! This is something I've never experienced before at ANY fast food restaurant.
I was so upset, that I couldn't even eat my food. This is completely unacceptable! Our Saturday evening was ruined. I will never go to Taco Bell again, I will rather take my business to the McDonalds across the street, where I know I'll get superior customer service.

On and the reason that my evening was ruined was because I was very angry at this point that when my son did not offer me some of his food I called him a fat greedy pig. He started crying and I punched him in the stomach and said he was fat and disgusting. I know that they reported me to CPS because I got a call from them.
veggie power bowl
I asked for a veggie power bowl with no cheese, no sour cream, and no avocado ranch because I'm vegan. I truly understand the risk of getting fast food while vegan but I've never had problems with taco bell in the past. However, I got a chicken power bowl with a small amount of cheese. I went through the drive thru and didn't notice it until I was 15 minutes out.

The Taco Bell (621 McMeans Ave, Bay Minette, Al 36507) has been closing an hour early, if not sooner just about every night. I recently visited it, tonight actually (04-10-2018) at exactly 11:17. They ignored the drive through (where I was) with all of the lights in the building still on. We parked and I got out to see if they were inside. The doors were locked and a lady was standing behind the counter looking dead at me. She doesn't even come to the door, she just mouths to me that they were closed. After I pointed to the sign on the door where it said the drive through was open until 12 she proceeded to turn off all of the lights with another car sitting in the drive through waiting to be answered. I'm very disappointed and very angry and the fact that it happens so often means that talking to the anagers in the store will be useless because they are the ones allowing it. I don't really know what else to say other than I tired of their employees being rude and uncaring to their customers, along it clear that they are just there so they can say they are there.

I ordered a nachos bell grande today plus a $5.00 burrito box. They told me they were out of the nachos bell grande containers. I was in a rush and the order was already being prepared. When the order was completed my nachos bell grande was in a smaller container. I received a much smaller portion than the normal container. I was very disappointed when I got to my destination. I had about half as much food as normal for nachos bell grande. I feel as though I was ripped off.

Went to Taco Bell drive thru on Sunday evening 04/08/2018 around 7 pm. The cashier was rude. When I asked if my sauce packets were in my taco party pack she rolled her eyes and said "should be" and then shut the window in my face. My sodas were all watered down and one was just water. When I went inside to address that problem the manager was rude and told me I'd just have to wait. Then I get home, had no sauce and none of my tacos had sour cream that I had ordered on them and paid for. I will not return and I'll make sure my friends and family don't either. Get some people in there with customer service skills and common sense

Went to Taco Bell at Oracle & Magee in /Tucson yesterday to buy a dozen tacos for my family. I went through the drive thru. The only cash I had was a $100 bill. After waiting in line, they told me at the window that they couldn't make change. A little perturbed, I went and got change elsewhere and returned. I went into the restaurant and asked for a dozen tacos. I Then said that I was upset to which the manager's reply was "It's company policy. We can't do anything." She then started making excuses, never once offering an apology. She got gruff and started raising her voice to me. I then asked for her name, which she gave as Carolyn. Then she wanted my name, which I gave. Next she yelled "You have to leave. Get out of here!" She was way beyond unprofessional. She was nasty! Of course I left, not likely to eat there again. This woman should never have been employed, let alone made manager. I would like a reply to this complaint, as I feel I was seriously wronged by your employee.

went to your store 4/7/18 Saturday night at 9 pm. got home bit into the burrito and it was full of human hair. called the store the mananger said that was just normal. she was very rude wouldn't give me your number, her name was megan wouldn't give me her last name.And hung the phone up on me.i visit that store often but will never be back. I didn't see anything normal about getting a mouth full of hair. I didn't want anything just to make them aware of a problem .
