Taco Bell review: Horrible manager ART from this store 029687

Visited this location Drive thru and while the AI was having issue taking my order I requested to talk to someone the manager (Art) came on and continue taking the order, I asked about the chicken sub on my order and ask for more clarification on if the chicken was shredded or Fajita he was not clear and I asked again and he increased his tone from 3 to 8 very unprofessional of the manage and RUDE asf... he obviously was dragged up and don't need to be in this position, so I drove up to the window and asked who was taking my order and was shouting loud and rude the guy confirmed it was Art his manager, I was thinking it was an employee but I was wow your manager acting this way, was lost for words so I got his name and got my order and left, don't visit this store as you will be treated this way for simply asking for more info on the menu...
