Taco Bell review: food order # 140684

This meal was a disaster from the start to the finish. We went into the restaurant so that our order wouldn't be messed up. The restaurant wasn't busy and we walked right in to place our order. What we ordered we didn't get. I requested no lettuce and tomatoes. I got a box of tacos with lettuce and tomatoes. My wife ordered nachos with steak. She got two sets of nachos and no steak. We were also charged for a completely separate meal that we didn't order. I guess we should have asked why the young boy who waited on on tried to give us three cups when we were just two people. We turned down the third cup and said we didn't need three cups. We both took our food back to the counter. Her meal which was brought up after mine was brought back to her with three pieces of steak thrown on the top of it. My meal never came back. I went back up to the counter and a manager came up to me and asked what I needed. I let him know my order was wrong and I still didn't have it. At least 15 mins went by and I'm still waiting on my cheddar box of tacos. My wife had finished her meal and I just waited and waited. Finally the manager showed up with my box of tacos. He then walked away and I opened my box and to my disappointment the order was wrong again. I mean this was just three tacos and they couldn't get it right. My original order was two soft tacos and a cheddar taco. I got two crunchy tacos and a cheddar taco with hardly any meat. We also ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was so dry we threw it away. What a complete disappointment this meal was. We haven't eaten at Taco Bell in a long time and were looking forward to having some tacos. This experience has completely turned us off from eating at a Taco Bell period. Tonight we lost $22.56 on a terrible cluster you know what of a meal. This store is a complete crap show of people that clearly have no idea how to make or serve the Taco Bell food. The meat was horrible and didn't even look like ground beef. I don't know if it's just this store but I have never seen such a complete mess of people in my life. This store needs complete attention to how it's being run and who is running it including the manager.
