I have reached the point where I am seriously considering never spending another dollar at Taco Bell—ANY Taco Bell. The following is happening at all Taco Bells in Shreveport.
On Labor Day, September 7, at 12:29 PM, I went through the new drive-thru at Taco Bell #042607, 6625 Line Avenue in Shreveport. Order #721b96.
I ordered the #2 Combo—three Beef Crunchy Tacos with a Pepsi—plus a Bean Burrito and Apple Empanada.
The food was absolutely unacceptable. All three tacos had apparently been sitting wrapped so long that the shells were stuck to the paper. I could not remove a SINGLE taco without it tearing apart. My Bean Burrito was supposed to be plain, yet it came with onions and cheese. The Apple Empanada was the ONLY edible part of the entire order.
To top it off, the manager working the drive-thru window was extremely rude. Bad food is frustrating enough; bad food combined with rude management is inexcusable.
So, Taco Bell, I QUIT.
I'm tired of paying for poorly prepared food, incorrect orders, and lousy customer service. There are too many other restaurants that actually want my business.
I hope Taco Bell Corporate investigates Store #042607, including the quality of food being served and the conduct of the manager working the drive-thru at 12:29 PM.
Until Taco Bell can do better, you've lost this customer—and not just at this location.
Claimed loss: $14.22 + Gift Certificate.
