Taco Bell review: dining room hours

We arrived at this location at 10:00 PM to find the doors locked. The drive thru was operating, but we wanted to dine in. I checked the sign, and it said the dining room was open until 11:00. There were two ladies in the dining room waving us away or to go through the drive through. I pointed at the sign saying we wanted to eat there. They looked at us like we were stupid, and told us the dining room was closed. Finally an employee unlocked the door to say they were short staffed, and we needed to use the drive through. The non-chalant attitude and lack of apology really angered us. We went to another restaurant and wanted someone to know that your staff is causing you to lose business. I really don't appreciate being talked to like we are the ones with the problem. I would like to hear from you how this is being addressed.
