Shift lead
I am unsure if I still work for Taco Bell. But I am going to write this any way, I am a worker with a few issues.
I do my best each time I go to work, I try to show up on time if not early and keep busy for my whole shift.
I work well with nearly all the other workers, I can move from one task to another without issue. However, when the shift lead shows up. I feel targeted and isolated off for her gale. She deliberately moves me from my assign tasks and acts as if I am unable to hear others say my name. She is demeaning to me and I have no idea why. She claims to have similar issues to my own. Yet she doesn't treat the other workers like she dose me. I feel as if she is doing her best to make me unable to function at work.
The Store struggles to keep employees and I fully believe she is a big reason why. The whole shift she is on everyone is extra stressed. I know fast food is hard to start with, but toxic management is not helping. I work under two other female managers and have no issues with them.
I feel this Shift Lead uses her marriage to the lead manager to bully other crew members. As her husband's will always side with her and as such let her abuse and bully other crew members.
Aside from getting employees to show up to work, breaks are also an issue for crew members as most don't get one most shifts.
Desired outcome: I would like the situation to be handled by both the manger and his Shift Lead wife to be removed. As he was permitting her bad behavior to contaminate the work place.
Incorrect order
On 7/06/22 at 6:24:36pm I went through the drive through at the Fallon NV Taco Bell I ordered food for my kids and then I ordered a vegetarian box meal, the associate that was working the drive through stated you don’t have vegetarian and if I wanted chicken it would be awhile. I stated that you guys do have vegetarian and all you do is take out the meat and replace it with black beans he said ok gave total. When I arrived at home after being at work for 16 hrs I went to eat my meal only to notice that it was all beef which my body cannot process and it makes my insides bleed and become infected and wind up in the hospital. I called the Fallon store to try to get it refunded. I was told that I had to come down there and show them my receipt and they might be able to make me another one I stated “No, I am not going down to see if they can get it right. I don’t have 30 minutes to be waiting and trying to get you to understand that making a mistake like this is serious especially when it deals with ppls health. They stated they will have a talk with the staff. I was extremely upset about basically being blown off because I wouldn’t drive all the way back into town to go to Taco Bell. I just wanted a refund for my food that’s all. I did however have to go to the emergency room later in the night because I did ingest some of the meat. I’m doing fine now but I would like my meal refunded please

Advantage of his position turning in hours that don work the hours it should, he's don put in is working his manger hard they are pretty much pulling there's and his duty cause Blake does not show or nor does he do his duty also has he's boyfriend that it's even employed their working and turning in pay for him, I believe something should be done... his manger Donna works her [censored] off while he doesn't do his part

So i have to get my Whel chair out and get in it and get all the way up to the door just to find it Locked, and No Sigh is posted! but the drive through is running just fine!

I ordered a vegetarian Power Bowl with extra black beans, extra rice, and extra guacamole. I also added onions, jalapenos and potatoes.
I didn't get any extras that I ordered, they even put less beans than what a normal power bowl would have. No onions or jalapenos or potatoes either. Barely any guacamole. It was basically just a bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, and rice.
I am having a busy day at work and I am still hungry. I paid for all of the extras and didn't receive them. Since I am at work and ordered for pickup I did not have time to go back and change anything.
Desired outcome: Please refund.
Taco Bell Pick-Up order

Last night at approximately 11:24, I placed an online order for pick-up to the Taco Bell located at 2207 S Main St Wake Forrest NC 27587.
Their hours of operation are from 9am-12am Mon-Sun
I pulled into the drive-thru at 11:48 to pick-up my order totaling $36.45 and was met by the associate in the window who told me that they did not see the order. I showed him the amount charged on my bank account for the order and he said, "Oh well we closed, ain't nothing I can do for ya, you gotta just call someone or something tomorrow".
I attempted to contact the store directly today to no avail. I have attempted numerous calls but it rings and no one will answer. I am requesting a refund of the $36.45 for the order that I did not receive.

Live Oak Florida store drive thru
The menu board in the drive thru says the "Mexican Pizza" is back and even shows it in a combo meal with a price... But when we tried to order it the staff started it was not available for awhile and even though it's being advertised every where including tv and on the physical location menu board, the staff said they have not been able to get the...

Cost of items, lost order
On June 4th, I entered a mobile order for Hwy 138, Conyers, GA store - I was using my app to get a special - "Buy 1 Cheddar Chalupa, get 1 Chalupa Supreme
The store chosen was Hwy 138, Conyers, GA - only the drive-through was open
When employees searched for our items, they could not locate the order
We parked and waited until the items were prepared
Since we used my LMCU debit card (last digits 9827), I was not charged at the window
However, I can see that the BOGO promotion was not honored. The total billing was $ 8.86 - it should have been about half that amount.
I sent an email through the website, have not received any contact yet.
We enjoy Taco Bell foods, but it's disheartening not to be able to take advantage of a promotion, not having the order recognized at the store, then having to file multiple times for customer service - HELP!
Desired outcome: It would be great to get a reimbursement for the Chalupa Supreme - or a coupon for one in the future - THANKS!
Weird chemical flavor
On multiple occasions I’ve gotten tortilla chips, taco shells, and crunchwraps that tasted strongly of chemicals or plastic. Even though I spit the food out immediately it left a soapy, burning taste in my mouth and made me feel sick. I won’t be eating at Taco Bell anymore since I have no idea what I’m consuming.
The food I’m talking about is from the Taco Bell store at 7150 WA-303 Bremerton, WA 98310. This problem has occurred 3 separate times, several months apart, at the same store.
Desired outcome: I would like Taco Bell to explain why so many food items have a chemical taste. I’m also worried about the potential health problems that could result from me consuming mystery chemicals so I would like an explanation about what I ate.
Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior towards a customers
On June 12, 2022 at approximately 1:53pm, I pulled into to drive thru 850 Skinker Blvd, St. Louis, Mo 63130. The cashier that was taking my order was rude and misunderstood what I said. I asked about the Happy Hour. The cashier informed me its not until 2:00pm, I said ok, I'll just pull around and come back around. She loudly thru the intercom stated "Your not sitting on our drive-thru." I informed the cashier, why would I do that, and why you guys always have attitudes. I drove to window and encounter (2) cashiers. One cashier opened the window and immediately became argumentative and disrespectful. I was told her name was Michelle, don't know if that's accurate. Michelle stated "She's not wrong, your wrong, and were not serving you." She rudely closed the window and both walked away. I blow my horn for a manager and a young man came to the window and said I'm not a manager but he name is Michelle." He then slammed the window in my face. This is beyond the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Horrible experience that no human being should have to endure. My two autistic sons where in the case and 1 of them would not stop asking me for our food. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again.
Desired outcome: These individuals need to be reprimand or suspension for treating a customer that way. Refer the cashier (Michelle) to anger management and a class on customer service. I have a video on my phone. I would not a email address to forward to
Adding e-gift cards in mobile app or web site
I have received an e-gift card for Taco Bell from Microsoft Rewards. I cannot add the card to my account in the Taco Bell app or in my account on the Web Site. I have always been able to do so in the past, but the option is no longer there. I have called, but cannot get through; an automated message tells me to go to the website, tacobell.com, but I cannot find anywhere on that site that allows me to bring up this subject with them, except as a complaint about a particular purchase at a particular store, which does not apply, but I tried it anyway.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to add my already-purchased e-gift card to my Taco Bell account in the Mobile app or on the Web Site.
Resolved: a developer responded to my bad review to say that the feature is available upon checkout. This is not intuitive; nor is it the way it has been; but it works.

Pictures on your menu show this product at least half full with meat.
I'm not a greedy person but I hate being ripped off.
The item it's self contained so little meat it was tasteless apart from the taste of lettuce and bread.

Looked at menu on my laptop the My Cravings Box was $5, on my receipt was $6.99 when I picked up my order. I asked the first employee I talked to about the difference, his response I do know anything about the online orders. He asked if anybody knew anything concerning online ordering. Same response was the same. I would think you want someone working on a shift would have that knowledge
about online ordering! When I got home I discovered the mild sauce was not in the box. The sauce makes a big difference in the taste to me. The mild sauce was on the order ticket. With the price of gas to drive there to pick and with problems I had, some kind of reparation should happen.
What is the store # for that location, could not find on my online reciept or your website?

I did not receive my refund from 5/19
I ordered on line, for Elm Street, St Charles MO store. I went to pick up the order, the doors were locked and facility wasn't operating due to lack of electricity. I contacted Taco bell immediately as I was charged the $9.85 for my meal that I never received. I was told I'd get a full refund in 5-7 business days. I did not. I emailed, I called again, I emailed again, I called again... this is like my 4th email and have yet to talk to a representative nor have I seen my refund.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY REFUND?

Dangerous but correctable janitorial process
I am investing my time to help improve the Taco Bell processes, I feel it is incumbent on your to reach out to me. Effort on both sides. I have learned to work around your problem after an issue a couple years ago, buy alas it still continues to be dangerous. Food Prep and Presentation
On 5/25/2022 at 11:30 am I ordered online and picked up burritos and a taco pizza. Opened my pizza in my car to find it a disaster. It looked like all the toppings were pushed off the top and the shells cracked. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.
Desired outcome: For all the times this has happened and frustrations I believe 10 taco pizza coupons would help.

Went to drive thru at 8126 Pirnceton Glendale rd in west chester ohio 45069 at 10pm sunday May 29 2022 and was told they could not serve me and that they were only serving door dash customers

I worked at Taco Bell 4 months! I was a shift lead there! The gm at the kings mtn store told me to go in stronge and respectful to others! Putting them in their right places for works and guiding them through rush! I have done that but I stopped! The crew started complaining just because I told them take the next order! Then I was told to hold cars for 1 min! To keep drive time good! Done that! Got fussed at as I do for everything I've asked to do! He tells his shift leads something then fussed for them doing it! He allows the crew to be disrespectful to his shift leads! I got threatened everyday of work that I'd get fired! He doesn't allow his shift leads to lead! He doesn't even train the people! I went in as a new manager! 1st time being a manager! Ask him often to explain inventory! To show me all about it so I'd understand! He never did! He never trained any the managers! When he is there he is in the office or on his phone! He spreads personal business about other employees! I feel like he picked on me until I heard from 1st shift managers they were having the same issues! I couldn't take the stress he laid on me so I just walked out on 12/17/22! I shouldn't be stressed working! No one can work like that! This gm needs to be put in his place! The place can't keep managers or crew! If the gm wants his store to be a replica of him then he should have more respect for everyone and teach his managers better instead of just throwing them in there! SOS taco bell doesn't teach us everything and he didn't want to teach us anything! This gm is lazy and disrespectful to his shift lead! Spreading personal info isn't part of the work! Someone needs to really fix that gm! Fire him! Something!
