all the advertisements and billboards say you have mexican pizzas but I have been to all the tacobells within 20 miles of me THERE ARE NONE!
Cost of items, lost order
On June 4th, I entered a mobile order for Hwy 138, Conyers, GA store - I was using my app to get a special - "Buy 1 Cheddar Chalupa, get 1 Chalupa Supreme
The store chosen was Hwy 138, Conyers, GA - only the drive-through was open
When employees searched for our items, they could not locate the order
We parked and waited until the items were prepared
Since we used my LMCU debit card (last digits 9827), I was not charged at the window
However, I can see that the BOGO promotion was not honored. The total billing was $ 8.86 - it should have been about half that amount.
I sent an email through the website, have not received any contact yet.
We enjoy Taco Bell foods, but it's disheartening not to be able to take advantage of a promotion, not having the order recognized at the store, then having to file multiple times for customer service - HELP!
Desired outcome: It would be great to get a reimbursement for the Chalupa Supreme - or a coupon for one in the future - THANKS!
Weird chemical flavor
On multiple occasions I’ve gotten tortilla chips, taco shells, and crunchwraps that tasted strongly of chemicals or plastic. Even though I spit the food out immediately it left a soapy, burning taste in my mouth and made me feel sick. I won’t be eating at Taco Bell anymore since I have no idea what I’m consuming.
The food I’m talking about is from the Taco Bell store at 7150 WA-303 Bremerton, WA 98310. This problem has occurred 3 separate times, several months apart, at the same store.
Desired outcome: I would like Taco Bell to explain why so many food items have a chemical taste. I’m also worried about the potential health problems that could result from me consuming mystery chemicals so I would like an explanation about what I ate.
Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior towards a customers
On June 12, 2022 at approximately 1:53pm, I pulled into to drive thru 850 Skinker Blvd, St. Louis, Mo 63130. The cashier that was taking my order was rude and misunderstood what I said. I asked about the Happy Hour. The cashier informed me its not until 2:00pm, I said ok, I'll just pull around and come back around. She loudly thru the intercom stated "Your not sitting on our drive-thru." I informed the cashier, why would I do that, and why you guys always have attitudes. I drove to window and encounter (2) cashiers. One cashier opened the window and immediately became argumentative and disrespectful. I was told her name was Michelle, don't know if that's accurate. Michelle stated "She's not wrong, your wrong, and were not serving you." She rudely closed the window and both walked away. I blow my horn for a manager and a young man came to the window and said I'm not a manager but he name is Michelle." He then slammed the window in my face. This is beyond the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Horrible experience that no human being should have to endure. My two autistic sons where in the case and 1 of them would not stop asking me for our food. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again.
Desired outcome: These individuals need to be reprimand or suspension for treating a customer that way. Refer the cashier (Michelle) to anger management and a class on customer service. I have a video on my phone. I would not a email address to forward to
Adding e-gift cards in mobile app or web site
I have received an e-gift card for Taco Bell from Microsoft Rewards. I cannot add the card to my account in the Taco Bell app or in my account on the Web Site. I have always been able to do so in the past, but the option is no longer there. I have called, but cannot get through; an automated message tells me to go to the website, tacobell.com, but I cannot find anywhere on that site that allows me to bring up this subject with them, except as a complaint about a particular purchase at a particular store, which does not apply, but I tried it anyway.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to add my already-purchased e-gift card to my Taco Bell account in the Mobile app or on the Web Site.
Resolved: a developer responded to my bad review to say that the feature is available upon checkout. This is not intuitive; nor is it the way it has been; but it works.

Looked at menu on my laptop the My Cravings Box was $5, on my receipt was $6.99 when I picked up my order. I asked the first employee I talked to about the difference, his response I do know anything about the online orders. He asked if anybody knew anything concerning online ordering. Same response was the same. I would think you want someone working on a shift would have that knowledge
about online ordering! When I got home I discovered the mild sauce was not in the box. The sauce makes a big difference in the taste to me. The mild sauce was on the order ticket. With the price of gas to drive there to pick and with problems I had, some kind of reparation should happen.
What is the store # for that location, could not find on my online reciept or your website?

I ordered on line, for Elm Street, St Charles MO store. I went to pick up the order, the doors were locked and facility wasn't operating due to lack of electricity. I contacted Taco bell immediately as I was charged the $9.85 for my meal that I never received. I was told I'd get a full refund in 5-7 business days. I did not. I emailed, I called again, I emailed again, I called again... this is like my 4th email and have yet to talk to a representative nor have I seen my refund.

I am investing my time to help improve the Taco Bell processes, I feel it is incumbent on your to reach out to me. Effort on both sides. I have learned to work around your problem after an issue a couple years ago, buy alas it still continues to be dangerous. Food Prep and Presentation
On 5/25/2022 at 11:30 am I ordered online and picked up burritos and a taco pizza. Opened my pizza in my car to find it a disaster. It looked like all the toppings were pushed off the top and the shells cracked. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

Below is an order placed by someone who hacked your app and my account with tacobell. They are ordering food and have been on numerous occasions from another state, this is from omaha and I live in maryland. I need this account shut down and reimbursed for the items this person is buying that I am being charged for. I need a corporate executive to contact me and discuss how this is being handled amongst other things such as service and mis orders in your stores. Luckily I saw this e-mail saying my order was ready that grabbed my attention... I thought at first the e-mail was a response to the one I sent after once again being shorted food in your drive thru. (6 tacos).. This is a very serious matter and hopefully this person does not have my credit card info. This person has made multiple purchases from the same location

I was very excited Mexican Pizzas came back. On Saturday, 5/21/22, approximately 2:45pm I drove to Taco Bell to place an order. They ran out of the pizzas "after lunch". I then proceeded to drive to a different Taco Bell, across town. At approximately 3:15 I ordered food, at the drive thru, Prior to taking my order I was asked if I was paying with cash or with credit card. I then ordered $46.75 worth of food and paid with credit card. I asked for a receipt and was told one did not print and there was no way to print one. When I got home the 3 orders of cinnamon twists were not in my bag. On Monday, 5/23, I called the store and spoke with a manager. She apologized about the missing food and the receipt. I work out of town and was not able to get back to the store that day so the manager took my name and told me I could present to the store today for the cinnamon twists. I also ordered a Mexican Pizza and 2 tacos. The lady that took my order insinuated that I was lying about the cinnamon twists because they don't take names. And then I tried to pay for my order with cash. The total was $11.48, I handed her $12.00. She said they did not have change. She then stared at me and asked if I was ok with not getting my change. I work hard for my money. I said "no". She then said she would refund my money. Needless to say, I did not get the items left out of my order on Saturday, and I did not get any food tonight. It is very disappointing that customer service is no longer an asset to a business. I appreciated the friendliness of the manager on the phone yesterday, so I was very appreciative when I placed my order this evening. Until I was accused of lying. And then the lady wanting to keep my money because she said she did not have any change.
