Taco Bell Refund and apology.

I went thru the drive-thru at Taco Bell on Conner Street in the Bronx on 11/11 between 8 & 8:30 PM. I ordered 3 pizzas, 3 taco fries and 3 chalupa supremes. I saw it all come up on the screen. When I got to the window, the girl charged the credit card. I waited about 10 minutes and she came to the window and wanted to charge me again for a different order. When we straightened that out, she gave me my order and I asked her if she was sure everything was in there and the order was right. She said yes and I saw the pizzas on top so drove home. When I got home (all the way to Pelham Bay) I realized she had forgotten the chalupas AND the receipt. I drove all the way back and into the drivethru and told her. She insisted she hadn't charged me for them, and that the total for the pizzas and fries would have been $27. I told her the screen had said $37.04 and that she had TOLD me it would be $37.04. We got into an argument about it so she called the manager who implied I was lying and kept yelling at me to get out of her drivethru. I was losing my patience so I left, and as I drove off the girl was holding up a piece of cardboard at the window to block our view of each other. I went home, called the credit card service and was told that the charge was...$37.04, like I told them. I never dealt with a waitstaff so rude and incompetent, and will make my displeasure known on social media, and perhaps the BBB.

Taco Bell Nacho Fries Box

I went to my Taco Bell store today 11/11/2022 for the Nacho Fries Box by the Drive Thru. I was excited to get this box. But when I go home, everything in the box was COLD! I was very disappointed and I had to warm up the food before I could eat it. I felt that I was given a box that no one wanted and then they gave it to me. I felt like it had been sitting there for awhile!

I have been a fan of Taco Bell for a very long time, but I never have had such a terrible meal before this one. I am a very unhappy customer and feel like the people at this store were not very good!

Taco Bell Customer service

Goodevening first Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant in Columbus ! I work at a restaurant and I provide great customer service but everytime I come to this location attitude man always has an attitude if he mad he doesn’t need to come to work ! I’ve had a great day until I came and paid for my food and he claimed the money didn’t go thru off my card and I’m trying to show him that it did Please get attitude’man out yall window ! Will not be returning to this location ! Thank you ! Columbus ms hwy 82 !

Desired outcome: Lady at the window resolved the issue but still will not return to this location

Taco Bell Half order / unrecieved food

Monday November 6 7:14 PM. 404 Central Expressway McKinney TX

Drink and one entire meal was missing. Husband picked up from “Grab n Go”. There was no one attending the front counter.

This is a repeat problem. You charge for everything then it’s not there. 50 cents extra for sour cream then WHOOPS! The entire burrito is ignored. This Last night our order totaled 24. The drink was missing as well as a Gordita and jalapeños on a burrito.

When I put those things in your website as a re order it’s $6.78 WITHOUT the jalapeños. So over $7.

You STOLE $7 out of a $25 order. That is OVER 1/4 on one order. We hadn’t been back to Taco Bell in a year because last time we had the audacity to ask the manager to fix it and were gaslit and physically intimidated. (I don’t know how else to describe a huge guy sent over to yell at a woman over missing food claiming he KNOWS he cooked it. It wasn’t in the bag. This is also the reason nothing was said last night. I didn’t want my husband threatened.)

Desired outcome: Fix your theft. Also I want a refund.

Taco Bell Manager told paying customers to [censored] off

Myself and a friend were at the 6th ave location in Tacoma Washington on Saturday 11/5/2022 @ 8:15pm. When we watched the MANAGER OF ALL PEOPLE put a garbage can and the bag of garbage on the service counter were food is served. When I mentioned it I was "told to [censored] OFF" ya by the manager. So who was really in the fault here? I wonder! What a way to get repeat business huh!

Desired outcome: Fire her [censored] what do you think!!!! You don't talk to customers like that, especially being management for crying out loud!!!

Taco Bell Rude/Unproffessional workers

TacoBell - Located at 4605 Calumet Ave. Hammond, Indiana. Incident actually happened around 4:15pm to be exact, 11/5/2022. Drive-thru workers were acting very strange/unproffessional. The young mexican girl who was visibly angry, handed the money to me in a very rude manner and then ran away for no reason(Did not provoke her in any way to cause this), also toppings were wrong on food. Please help with this terrible situation, thank you and God Bless!

Taco Bell food quality

Taco Bell 015958 Newton Ks 67114 Order 457 items 14 total expense 36.09 drive thru only. Lobby not open. Food was thrown together/ a runny mess of grease and liquids, could not even pick the burrito up. Pure trash crap.

Totally like watery beans and cheese. Tacos the same way. The Nachos Bell Grande the same way. Looked like it was turned upside down.

Was one of our favorites. Had to throw away our dinner. Reported to the young man at the window who had a so what attitude, Yes I am angry. Had put this on my mastercard. appoval 130720. Not the first time this has happened here. You know, we don't know what to do anymore...That was a lot of food and money lost. Will not order food there again. Taco Bell Food order, missing items...again

I ordered a Power bowl and did not get what is supposed to come in the bowl. I received no rice, beans, nor the extra chicken that I paid extra for.

This is not the first time Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong, but I am tired of paying for things I am not getting.

This is always the case with Taco Bell and was hesitant to order from here again since the last time I ordered, items were missing and food not prepared per their standard menu. Very frustrating to pay these prices and not get what you paid for.

Desired outcome: Credit for item not prepared correctly.

Taco Bell Given a 5 layered burrito with a metal washer in it.

10/24/22 12:43 pm ordered Nacho Fries Box with Beefy 5 layer burrito. Had a bite of my 5 layered burrito and decided to put hot sauce inside. Opened the burrito to put hot sauce and discovered a metal washer in which would have been my next bite. Think of the possibilities of what out come could of happened with the next bite. I contacted Taco customer service 10/24/22 talked with Valencia and she informed me I would be contacted within 3 days. This is a week later and not a word, from corporate or the Taco Bell it was purchased from. This issue needs to be addressed at once.

Taco Bell Staff at Taco Bell not communicating, not caring

Do you know your website contact page doesn't work?

Please get competent people at the TB on North Main Street, Forked River, NJ. Went there as a DoorDash driver, about 2P on Oct. 30. Three drinks for pickup, none labeled. Two bags, only one labeled. I knew my customer did not have a drink so I asked if the other bag was for my customer. It got passed around the prep area, no answered me and it got put back on the pickup shelf, still not labeled. So I left. Guess what ... customer messaged me they were missing part of their order. So the unlabeled bag must have been theirs. DoorDash is my second job; I don't need the headache from an incompetent restaurant. I won't be picking up from TB for the foreseeable future until they get their act together (nor will I eat there either.) There are plenty of other restaurants I can pick up orders.

Taco Bell Hazardous environment

This occurred at the Butler, PA, on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, around 6:00 pm. As we entered the store, an employee was finishing mopping the floor. He left it very wet and slippery and made no attempt to dry it. As a result, my grandson slipped and fell on the floor, and my wife, who is in a wheelchair, was unable to use the bathroom. She was afraid to transfer from her wheelchair to the toilet because of the slippery floor. Why did the employee not wait until closing to mop the floor? Why did he not attempt to dry it before customers walked on it? Doesn't Taco Bell have guidelines for this procedure? We are very reluctant to return to this location.

Taco Bell Incorrect order

We were at the Toco Bell at 3644 Reynold Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106.

We ordered our food at the drive-through window. We ordered a number 1 and a number 5 meal. The number one meal was with a Dr. Pepper and a sweet iced tea that came with our meals. When we looked in the bag and my order (A number 1) was right but the drink (Dr. Pepper) was more soda water than it was syrup. I had to through it out. The next order (The number 5 was totally wrong.) It was some kind of wrap. I tried to tell the girl at the window that it was the wrong order. She in turn tried to tell me that it was what I ordered. I told her that it was the number 5 meal. The nachos in the tray with no tomatoes. I finally had to go inside and tell them it was the wrong order. They redid the order and I received the same thing. This time I pointed right at the sign on their wall and said that this is what I ordered. They came back again with the same thing. This time I went behind the counter and pointed right at it and again it was the wrong order that they made. There were times I was asked what I was waiting for. After telling them 3 times, I finally received the right order but this time they added the tomatoes, which I didn't want in the beginning. I'm very disappointed with the service and having to wait until they got it somewhat right. We do not what our names and address handed out or used in this complaint.

Desired outcome: Hire competent people also, I think we should be compensated for the entire meals we ordered, and please make sure it's for another TocoBell.

Taco Bell Hours of operation.

Hello, I live in Hays Kansas and we have one Taco bell. A few months ago I went through the drive-thru at about 7:20 am, (on my way to work) and there was a sign on the speaker that stated due to not enough help, the store was not going to open until 8 am. I totally understood because a lot of restaurants at that time had to work around the worker shortage. However this morning, I pulled into the parking lot, the lights were on and the menu board was lit up, but as I got to the speaker, there was a sign that said they open at 8 am.

I could only think "how dumb is that!"

In Hays, and I'm sure a lot of cities the size of Hays, most businesses and schools open or start at 8 am.

If a large majority of your potential breakfast customers will be at work or school at 8 am, why bother opening at all for breakfast? Every morning I drive by other fast-food restaurants at 7:20 and their drive-thrus are backed up, but after 8 am they are not. I guess I am saying, Taco bell is missing the boat in regard to the breakfast crowd. That's like starting your lunch menu at 1 pm after most people are back to work after their lunch break. I do know there is still a labor shortage, but come on... other fast-food restaurants in Hays are open for the morning rush. Hopefully, this is not the "New Norm".

Taco Bell billed for food not received because of kiosk

FRAUD

You have taken money out of my account for food not received. I was told I had to order at your ridiculous kiosk. I waited for my order but when it never came i asked about it, which was difficult because no one wanted to make eye contact with me as i stood at the counter. Customer service is awful. After I was told they don't show my order on their screen they walked away. I asked what i should do, and they said go back to kiosk and order again. So I did.

When i got home I checked my account and I was billed for both orders. I need to be reimbursed. You can call me at [protected]. I will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general if I do not hear from you. I have already emailed twice. I live in canby oregon but this happened at the 19531 Pendleton store.

I was charged for an additional order I did not place and was charged an additional amount of$18.39. When my husband went to the store to pick up the order they tried to give him the wrong order so he corrected them. He picked up our order but was charged for ours and the wrong order. I called the store and spoke to Regan who is the manager, I was told that I needed to bring my bank statement to show the error. This was the stores mistake and now I am expected to do all of the legwork due to your stores error. I asked if I could text the statement to her and was told no, that I had to come in. Date

Taco Bell Contaminated food

I visited the Taco Bell location in Stillwater Oklahoma where I have went many times before. I ordered the deluxe nacho fry box with a unsweet tea and a Doritos Locos taco. I got home and was eating my food. I got to the last bite on my taco out of the box and it had a piece of grease pencil in it. I don’t know how much I ate because I didn’t notice till the last bite. I’m super upset that this happened because Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite places but since Covid their customer service has really went down

Taco Bell Order

I placed an order with a total of $31.41 through the mobile app. The app said it was ready to be picked up so I left traveling 30 miles to get our food. They said they couldn't find our order but I informed them that the app notified me that it was ready. They didn’t know how to check the mobile app and didn’t know what to do. After waiting for an hour we left. So I’m still being charged for food they couldn’t give us. They told me to call the 1-800# to get my money back bc they “don’t have anything to do with the app”. Problem is there is no phone # listed on the app. There’s no way to contact them.

Take a look at the different in price and size of the tacos, which one would you order? I did, and I;m going to make some changes, maybe you should do the same. I always ate at Taco Bell for years. Just look at the pictures. wouldn;t you choice be Del Taco. same day photo.

Taco Bell Overcharged in recent order on 10/14/2022

I was overcharged for the above order.

I ordered on Kiosk2 3 Chalupas supreme combo, 2 spicy Potato soft taco and Two spicy potato soft taco = 32.97 + 2 + 3 = 37.97 but I was charged 57.

I am attaching the receipt.

I never had such an experience before and Taco bell is our favorite place.

Desired outcome: I would like to get back the money overcharged.
