Stop & Shop review: Self checkout

I am a diheartened shopper of Stop/shop. I am also a diheartened self checkout person. On 6/11/2021 at store 506 at 1009 flatbush ave Brooklyn New York. On this day I visit to shop for food as usual. I was checking out only to be harassed by the female person assigned to the area. I was observed the whole time I was checking out to be approached by some one that appeared to be a manager to ask how much more items I had to checkout and I responded with ‘those two items’ and continued to pack my groceries. The worker assigned to the self checkout continued to speak of how scared I was of them and how She (the female worker)would get someone to do something to me. I feel you have a problem at the store disrespecting the customers and distrustful of customers at the self checkout. If you don’t trust the customers in self checkout then close the area.
