After a recent storm we received hail damage to roof, siding, and trim. We also had tree damage to a fence. We filed a claim and waited, and waited.
We were assigned the adjuster Debaron Nixon. A word of warning, if you are ever assigned Mr. Nixon, demand a replacement.
Not a single email sent from their web site got a response. The inspector didn't turn up on the original day we agreed. Then this [censored] of a adjuster called with details of the repair estimate that didn't sound right. When I got the estimate through email, I found out why - it wasn't even for my property or claim.
Their add claims "like a good neighbor State Farm is there", the only time they are there is to collect the premium from your bank account.
How they still hold a license for insurance is beyond me... Can anyone say scam?
Recommendation: State Farm are the worst home insurance company on the planet, steer clear
