I find it ironic that they receive my money with no problem. When my premiums increase and I question it, they can't tell me why due to a proprietary formula they use. This proprietary formula isn't even disclosed to their agents, but I get lots of reassurances about this proprietary formula that they use to increase my premiums. I have filed no claims but my premiums are increasing. I get alot of deflection when asking questions as well. This is getting old.
