State Farm owes me a supplemental payment of approximately $75000 to do extensive repairs due to water damage. The agent says its covered and the estimates are submitted by two reputable companies. The SF estimate was 2 to 3 times lower than the companies, mainly due to the fact that the house has historical and antique value and there is a new for custom supplies and labor. Damage was in August 2025 and there has been no information from State Farm since December 2025. They promised a response several times, but no response and no money has been received.

Claimed loss: water damage to four floors of house -- walls, trim, ceilings, floors, etc. Also never helped with mitigation of initial water damage for mold, etc.

Desired outcome: provided supplemental funds. I have documented the damage and estimates in 92 submissions
