I have been with state farm for years never missed a payment. I was involved in an accident with a driver insured by state farm. Accident deemed 100% other drivers fault. It's been 2 and half weeks. I have received horrid customer service. Messed up the toe slip so vehicle sat at tow yard extra 3 days. I have not been able to get any questions answered multiple emails and phone calls. They just kick the can down the road. Now the vehicle has been totalled and they offer minimum of 3k under value. Sent comps and was told I'd be informed in 24-48 hours. 48 hours received a phone call it has not been reviewed yet and the agent is out of office for next 5 days. This same agent was also out of office 4 days last week. I had over 4k in tools destroyed and was told they would be compensated for bo problem. Now there giving me the run around on that. I had to turn in my rental 4 days ago so now I have no vehicle and no timeline for resolution. Horrid company and communication. This has been almost 3 weeks now.
Claimed loss: 5 days missed work for injury. 4k in tools lost. Now going on 3 days of lost work again because no vehicle
