United Security Insurance Company This company has been a nightmare to work with

This company has been a nightmare to work with. They have flat out refused to give me a rental car billed to them upfront even though their client hit my car. The police report and adjuster clearly say their client was at fault. We've been without a car for over 8 days because of this insurance company. They want us to pay $35/day with maybe getting reimbursed later. Right now, we're thinking about what legal stuff we can do next. We even had our OWN insurance agent get on the phone with this company and she still couldn't get anywhere. Stay away from this company no matter what!

United Security Insurance Company I had a accident on 4/27/22 and I have insurance with United Security Health and Casualty

I had a accident on 4/27/22 and I have insurance with United Security Health and Casualty. They took my car and now I don't have a car to drive. My adjuster's name is ***. I've been contacting her every day, sometimes twice a day, but she hasn't been answering. The one time I talked to her, she couldn't give me any information. She doesn't know where my car is, if it's totaled, or if they're going to fix it. I've been calling every day for the past two weeks and no one answers. I have full coverage and I need to know what they're going to do. I have two kids and a job, and I'm going to lose my job if I can't go back to work. Right now, I can't go back to work because I don't have a car. I need some answers. I've been faithfully paying *** a month and it's crazy that no one responds to my emails or phone calls. The other driver is also trying to contact my insurance, but they can't get through either. Please help.

United Security Insurance Company On 04/28/22, I went to IU Health *** Hospital at ***

On 04/28/22, I went to IU Health *** Hospital at *** because I had dizziness and vertigo. I work up high, so it was dangerous for me. It made it hard for me to work. They checked me and said I had sinusitis. They also checked my ears for wax, but said they were "clear as a bell" with no wax. They gave me a prescription for antibiotics. The next day, I had vertigo again, so I went to CVS walk-in clinic in ***. The nurse there checked my ears and found a lot of wax. She removed it, and I felt better. No more dangerous dizziness or vertigo. IU Health wants to charge me over $600.00 even though they misdiagnosed me and made my health worse. CVS only charged me $99.00, and the nurse there correctly diagnosed and treated me. Since IU Health misdiagnosed the severe earwax buildup AFTER LOOKING IN MY EARS, they shouldn't charge me for the visit.

On July 7, 2022, I got into a accident with one of them insured drivers from this company. On July 28, 2022, I talked to *** and she took my statement bout how the accident happened. She said she gonna get back to me in 2 weeks, but I didn't hear from her till mid September. Same month, I called and asked her bout my medical bills and she said she seen them in the system. On September 30, 2022, I talked to *** for the first time. He told me that *** lied bout having my medical bills just to get me off the phone. I was with *** on October 3, 2022. He was rude and unprofessional, accusing the medical company I went to for my leg, back pain, and foot pain from the car accident of scamming. He made me feel like he was accusing me of scamming too! I told him I was driving and I got a witness who heard him being mean to me, so my friend had to get on the phone. He talked over her too! It was too much! My son was in the car and had to hear him being rude and disrespectful. He kept talking over me. I told him I got more medical papers that I didn't send yet, but I would send them on October 4, 2022! He said it was too late to send them. How can that be when I just got assigned to him a couple days ago? He also gave me the wrong number for his boss, ***. I don't trust the info. These two adjusters are lying together! Can't trust anything they say! Makes the company look bad. They only accepting 75% of the blame. I'm still waiting for them to tell me why they only accepting 75% when their driver got a ticket for driving distracted? I want it verified. I want a new medical claim adjuster ASAP. Please! Thanks.

United Security Insurance Company My complaint is about United Security Insurance Company and their handling of my claim, which is numbered CLOK-18-***

My complaint is about United Security Insurance Company and their handling of my claim, which is numbered CLOK-18-***. I am frustrated because they have not been responsive, obstructed communication, and failed to resolve the claim or provide a summary of their review and resolution. I filed the claim on August 24, after facing difficulties in reaching out to their New Claims department for six business days. The accident occurred on August 11, when the policyholder's son, ***, was driving his mother's car and hit my parked vehicle on a quiet residential street. The policy held by his mother, ***, did not exclude any drivers. From the beginning, USH&C representatives mentioned a coverage issue and requested statements from the driver and policyholder. Despite making multiple follow-up phone calls and sending emails to my claims representative, the New Claims supervisor, and the ***, I received no response. The only communication I received was three phone calls and one mailed form on September 7 (call), October 18 (form), October 25 (call), and November 15 (call), all stating that there still seems to be a coverage issue and they need statements from the driver and policyholder. It has now been five months since I filed my claim, and I have not heard anything from USH&C since November 15. It is currently January 2022. Realizing that USH&C was intentionally delaying my claim in the hopes that I would give up, I had no choice but to file a Collision coverage claim with my insurance company and pay a $1000 deductible. I also had to rent cars from Hertz for 70 days using the *** code provided by USH&C for partial reimbursement at a rate of $23.99 per day. Due to USH&C's incompetence in processing my claim, I believe they should reimburse me at least $1000 for my deductible and partially reimburse my car rental expenses, which amount to $5225.40 (70 days x $23.99 = $1679.30).
