I lodge and forwarding below the email to take action against Mr. Suresh kumar, Manager, SBI aruppukottai branch. He involved forgery activities, could you please conduct enquiry and take action against Mr.Suresh kumar.

Dear Sir,
very good evening to you, that i am husband of MRS. Nirmala, she has maintaining sbi account number-[protected]- at SBI UDUMALPET branch, earlier this account -[protected] was maintained at Arupukottai branch, today 05/08/2026, you called from your Mobil number-+91962903667to my wife Mobil number+[protected], you said, that ATM rental payment Rs-36000.00 not repay, you have to pay, threatened to freeze the bank account and auction your gold jewelry. it's very wrong and unlawful activities, you were involved. Even though you did not send any clarification email. So far you did not send right audit report where we have to repaid ATM rental money?
Could you please share our ATM rental agreement between both parties? and audit the rental amount which you are paid to us?I am also attached my wife bank statement for your audit, show me where its rental advance paid? this amount Rs36000.00 was paid for 6month rental only, it's not repaid amount.

Please audit yourself with my wife bank statement and FSS ATM rental which amount received from FSS,

Now i came to know my wife account was freeze by you, without intimation to current Udumalpet branch manager, it's very wrong and unlawful activities you were involved, also FSS ATM rental paid less Rs7700 amount to us, they did not pay correct rental amount, they were ruin off the company, these all activities you colloid with FSS ATM rental team, its 100% forgery and mis behaviors to us.

I will lodge the complaint to cyber police. This is legal notice from my side.

Claimed loss: Misbehavior of branch manager and forgery cheating the money by Aruppukottai SBI branch manager MR.Suresh kumar.

Desired outcome: Require clarification by Audit our bank agreement and ATM rental payment
