I ordered 3 drinks at 2:35 pm in the store on 2/1/20 and there was no line but waited for the drinks until 2:55pm . It seemed like the drive thru took priority. I didn't receive the 3 drinks in any time close together. I expressed my concern as I waited for my 3rd drink. I wasn't in a rush but it was very frustrating. A woman also placed a mobile order and was waiting for an extensive amount of time she said .

Every time I go to this Starbucks and ask for soy milk they disregard that and use regular milk. Also, I asked for light ice for my drink and they wrote "add ice" on my order. They also added honey, which I didn't even ask for and still charged me extra for it. I was charged $5.85 for a grande iced caramel macchiato that was terrible and not what I asked for.

I come every day to Starbucks at W. Broadway and Balaclava in Vancouver, B.C., but their loud music is driving me crazy... Either they turn it down or I will spend my money somewhere else. (I ask the manager to turn the music down, but, instead, he cranked up - thanks a lot!). Is this how you want to treat your frequent customers?

I contacted Starbucks per phone, since Emails only get standard, prewritten answers like "just call us"...
I cannot log into my account anymore. 
The employee on the hotline told me, he would transfer that technical issue onto the higher department, - they would come back.
Needless to say, nobody ever did...I have a gift card with a balance in my account, and also still some star rewards to use.
I know many of friends and family have the same issues. It seems Starbucks purposely blocks customers - so they can not EARN and USE their stars - in order to save money. We can always spend a lot of money, but they don't want us to earn stars in order to get free drinks or food items.
The internet is full of complaints.
So if I do not get any help asap, I will address that and submit an official complaint to the BBB. 
I feel betrayed as many other customers do. 
I need to be able to access my account.

I come to this place often as I live close and enjoy coming to Barnes and Nobel which it is attached to. My most recent visit I had my order taken by Serena, a blond barista. She was rude and curt. Just generally unpleasant and in need of serious retraining regarding her attitude. I am not expecting or wanting anything special, in fact, I would prefer indifference, but her rolling her eyes while I order I could do without.

16oz starbucks insulated decanters
Hello, I purchased 2 coffee mugs from one of the Watertown, NY Starbucks locations totaling over $60. In less than a month the lids clasps on both broke not closing any more. The store and customer service refuse to replace the lids. I expected more from Starbucks due to their supposed reputation and the price point of the product. The product is garbage. I'm done with Starbucks!

Advertised price at the vendor for Coconutmilk Latte was 4.20. At checkout I was charged additional 0.75 for the coconutmilk. Counter worker told me there was no button for drink, so she had to charge me for a latte and add the coconut milk. No attempt was made to sell the drink for correct price. I was told that the sign is wrong.

I was in today and ordered a hot sandwich. When the young woman behind the counter gave it to me, there was a plastic fork included, in a sealed plastic wrap. When I noticed this, I simply removed the fork and laid it back on the counter. When the young woman saw this, she took the sealed forkand threw it straight in the trash.
First, I do not think Starbucks should still be using plastic utensils in 2020, but for your employee to simply take a brand new, unopened plastic fork and throw it in the trash...! That's the values your employees have toward the environment.
And you really cannot find a substitute for plastic? I know for a fact that, until maybe the late '60s or early '70s, all such throwaway utensils were made of untreated wood.
Now, for the other point: For months now, several of the electric outlets in this particular store have been useless - and it's getting that way in other stores as well.

1. Your Coffee Shops are freezing cold, winter or summer. 
2. Your electrical plug-ins to charge phone or computer are defective, they chargers will not stay in. Thsir eally sucks.
3. All of your chaurs worldwide...should have felt or palstic under the legs to prevdent extremenoise when a customer moves a chair. VERY annoying, when we try to visit.
NOTE: What ever happened = to your great Cheesecake.
NOTE: Keep the damn street prople out of your coffee shops !

Wow, I'm very disappointed, it's mid December & you are not serving pumpkin spice anymore! I always purchase this all month long of December! What's going on? I love Starbucks, I've been to 3 different locations and they have told me they were not serving it any longer. I asked why & one cashier said I guess they are trying to make it more exclusive! That's not right! Twice I've had to go to another coffee shop to get pumpkin spice. I hope next year is better!
