Starbucks

On February 4, 2020, the manager at Scarsdale Starbucks (East Parkway branch) harassed me, and I would like to bring a complaint against her.

She apparently felt suspicious of me, maybe I seemed a bit strange to her, but I had just purchased a coffee from her and was as friendly as I could be, and there was no sign of any animosity from her.

3 minutes later, a cop came in and herded me outside, asking me what I was doing in there. A few minutes later, I was surrounded by 7 or 8 cops, some of them grilling me, and accusing me of something unconnected with Starbucks that I had nothing to do with. I was detained for a half hour for no reason, and terrorized.

While this part was police harassment, it started because she called the police. I was not doing anything that would warrant calling the police. I was no threat or nuisance to anyone. She was being spiteful and perhaps paranoid.

I would like her investigated. I am considering suing her or the Starbucks Scarsdale branch for harassment.

I hope I will get an apology at the very least, and a report that she was indeed investigated for this vile deed of hers.
