Starbucks

I went into Starbucks today (January 22, 2020) to use my gift card. When I entered the store, the two employees that were working didn't greet me. They were looking at me like I was the plague. Both stared and didn't say anything. They looked as if I had a disease. The next customber came in and both of the spoke and greeted her. I asked for my drink to be extra hot and it wasn't.

It doesn't take anything to be nice and to speak. This made me feel sad. I love Starbucks. The employees should be taught to speak and greet everyone.
