Starbucks

I went to the Starbucks at 999 Middleton Rd Aberdeen Md 21001 on Saturday 4/11/20 The drive thru was long I waited about 15 minutes in line Got my drinkes pulled away and realized my Caramel Iced Coffee was not made right it was made with milk not the heavy cream I asked for. I had to get back in the drive thru line and waited another maybe 10 minutes got the corrected drink drove away and there was no caramel in it, I was not going to get back in line again. I told them when I went there today and all the young man said was ok, not even an I'm Sorry. I get a caramel Iced Coffee with heavy cream no classic and 2 stevia every time I go there which is at least 5 of 6 times a week, it seems like there is no consistancy when they make the drinks they always taste different. Today my drink had too much heavy cream and not enought coffee. Thank you
