Remained in customs two weeks - Purolator trace agent requests tax ID - submittd.
Held in customs. state address not deliverable but Purolator confirms address -
Customs states medical device (over counter digital thermometer)
Stables incorrectly list $200 value each of 20 items - Actual declared was $200 total personal items.
Package returned to sender address -Doubletree Hotel in Toronoto.

Desired outcome: Request refund of $89. Cad shipping charge to my credit card- case may be reviewed as much documented by multiple phone calls /emails to and from Purolator
