Hermes Germany Non delivery of parcel

On Monday 21st August I dropped off a 1 kg parcel approx 20cm x15cm x 5cm at a depot in Munich for delivery to Plzen in the Czech Republic 228km away. The parcel was collected on time ( early ) at 3h07. On Thursday the 24th at 16h53 it was forwarded from Friedewald(bad Hersfeld) - the other side of Germany.
