Drivers get paid to delivery, but don't have to, management just lets it go on
Not the first to make a posting about a driver that doesn't bother to even come to the door, yet claims they made an attempt to deliver. I was literally 2 meters away from the door ALL MORNING. It was a Friday, nice sunny day, Driver is thinking, why bother even bothering to deliver, they get paid either way, hit a button, say you tried to deliver LOL and get off early to enjoy the sunshine. NO notice on the door (management never bothers to check, they are a joke) Drivers run purolator apparently, management similarly is sleeping the day away on regular basis, from so many of this EXACT same complaint being posted all over Yelp, here and probably many other places. It would not be hard to track this, IF management cared. The call center would just have to ask if a notice was left, drivers could be flagged. But you know it's sooo much easier to just sleep the day away at the office.
I waste my time calling to get delivery "re-attempted" LOL they never attempted EVER to date.. So she scheduled it for the next day they can, wait again around all morning. NOTHING! Said it was "On vehicle for delivery" ends up being dropped off for "Shipment available for pickup' NO ATTEMPTED DELIVERY! So great for the drivers, you can just slack off pile up a bunch of packages that you don't feel like delivering, then you get to just dump them off at the depot. AHHHHH yes another easy day in the life of a purolator driver. It's not like they have to actually prove they posted a notice of a delivery attempt on doors, management never checks. So much sunshine, maybe take a nap parked for awhile, maybe leave work early ahhh so relaxing. Packages, what packages LOL

Ripped off
recently we moved our warehouse to a bigger one a few blocks from purolators shipping Center (depot), I thought I should do more business with purolator instead of UPS because they are close to my warehouse, we have been doing business with purolator in last year, everything was ok til now, one of my shipment they billed me $1360 instead of less than $300, we have been sending this particular sized and weights item to purolator all the time, but this time on the same invoice has two exactly same product to different customers which all in Ontario, one is $303 some and this one is $1360, this is outrageous and unacceptable, I have to talk to the customer service on the phone for a whole morning but no one could solve my case and now I probably have to pay the amount, we sell this product $900 plus free shipping, and the shipping cost me $1360!

My sales person has contact me today morning after I left her a message, she is trying to help me with the problems I’m having.
First of all, I send this type of packages all the time to purolator and other companies,
I always run the estimates first, that’s why that I said it should be less than $300, secondly, I used ground shipping not express, on my invoice is also ground shipping. And the size should not exceed the max size, but they charged me $900 for the over max size, Also on the same invoice that I mentioned, has one the exact package size and weights to a different customer, that I’m being charged at $303, this is made me lost trust with purolator, it’s a total stress that I don’t need right now.
I thought I could give purolator $100, 000 to $300, 000 a year to do my company’s shipping, because they are a few blocks from my warehouse.

Delivery Driver
A delivery driver came to my home at 2275 Millar road in Smithers BC, the driver came to my door and stated that he had struck a car in my driveway, after doing all the paperwork for a ICBC claim the driver then left and went to his employer and stated that he did not hit the car. From that day they have not returned to my home and I go to town for my packages.

Delivery services
Purolator is absolutely the worst. Time and time again, the drivers say they "attempted" to make a delivery, when they didn't even get out of their frigging trucks.
Worst of all, this guy is "unable" to make my delivery on a Friday, and I can only attempt to pick it up next Monday, after they transfer it from wherever they store back the stuff they were too lazy to deliver, to some other remote location I can pick up from.
It's ridiculous, and I'm never buying again from any company that uses this crappy delivery service.
Desired outcome: Having my package delivered, or at least being able to pick it up myself in a timely manner.

We need to get a new outlet for our purolator business, the place we have to pick up our parcels is only open for pick up between certain hours 1pm-3pm, we have a business and when our packages come in I am only allowed to pick up during that time, there have been a lot of complaints to the owner who has called the police because they refuse to give customers their parcels. This is unacceptable for this company to do this
We need something done with this outlet that is open till 10pm but only allows pick ups between 1-3

Rude Driver
On June 17th we had a parcel delivered. The driver in an approximate 30 ft truck proceeded to drive over a significant portion of our grass. My husband yelled to keep stay off the grass and the response from the driver was a snarky sorry and laugh. We receive deliveries from Purolator, Canada post, UPS and other private delivery companies. Never has a driver been so rude and disrespectful of our property and snide towards us.

Rudeness of driver today June 10, 2021.
All medical and incontinent supplies must be delivered to our rear receiving area. Driver today, June 10, 2021, had two boxes one colored toner cartridge and a large box. I went to him and told him the delivery had to go to the back of the building then I saw the colored toner cartridge box. I asked the driver if the other box was from Medical Mart Supplies, our medical supply company, and he said rudely and loudly cutting me off, that he didn't know. He then turned and threw the two boxes onto a shelf and said that if I wanted it delivered to the back it would be delivered to the back. All the while he wouldn't let me speak. He got into his truck seat, turn on the engine and left. At this point I had to take a step back because he left very quickly and I was worried I would be hit by the truck. Purolator delivery service
Anytime I see Purolator deliver to 150 Dan Leckie Way, the driver doesn't even care enough to even"try" to deliver the package.
If you ask our concierge for video footage, you can see the driver leave their truck, without any packages in hand and just stick "was not available" stickers on the lobby door glass.
How is this even allowed?
Please review whoever is delivering packages to the M5V0C9 Postal code area and just look at how many packages they actually "deliver". You might be surprised to see if they delivered any at all.
Yes, the package has the full address, Unit number, and buzzer code for quick and easy delivery. (which is why we PAID for delivery)
Now the only reason I am posting this is because there must be so many other people in the M5V postal code area that do not receive their packages because we are in a condominium complex. Everything that comes from UPS/Fedex and Canada Post gets to me just fine. ONLY Purolator has trouble getting packages to customers in this area and I can see why.
Just ask any of the concierge desks for security footage and you can see clear as day that Purolator drivers in this area don't care at all.

Pickup and dropoff
I have given information about my address 3 times through the app and they still don't have it, and always calling me back for not giving information. The Purolator lady who is calling is very rude and not suggesting any of the solution. I can also provide a screen shot of my address that is provided to them to take a proper action against this kind of service

Orders not received, sent to wrong place
Order number TBL003756490 and BVG006299119 delivered to wrong place Monday, June 7th 2021 at 12:16PM. Delivery says Bridgewater NS and I live in Shelburne NS and would like to get my parcels. I live in an apartment therefore my PO is listed on the delivery address so that it is sent to Canada Post in Shelburne, Nova Scotia. Hope this can be resolved ASAP. Thanks.

I would like to file a complaint about regina, sk brunch. We working with your company for the last 6 years and we getting deliveries every single day. For the last month everything went south: drivers not coming at all or they stating bussines is close when its actually open, no staff members keeping their world, packages getting damaged. Spoke to managers multiple times-absolutely no results. We are small bussines who's relaing of packages getting deliver in time, we building our customers vehicles according to packages arrival. Right now we losing both money and customers because your drivers just deciding not to deliver.

Claims process
On April 26 a supplier sent me a pkg with a tracking number [protected].
After multiple tracings Purolator determined that the pkg was lost and advised me to file a claim. We had noted the value as $200.00
Claim 599043 was filed and I waited to hear back from Purolator.
On May 26th they wrote back that my claim was denied because one item out of 3 was a syrup (liquid) and the terms and conditions suggested that they were shipped at shippers risk.
1st question, what about the other 2 items?
2nd question, why is LOST a shippers risk?
I could accept damage being shippers risk but not LOST, that's why we use Purolator!
I believe Purolator should clear my claim for the value as noted on the waybill!

Hi there,
I would like to complain about our route. The driver is doing well over the 30km speed limit. I have children and I've given this time before making sure it just wasn't "a day".
It is a small village and there have been multiple other neighbours feeling this issue needs to be addressed.

Non delivery
One star is being generous. After waiting all day myself and wife watched the driver come through the parking lot turn around and leave without stopping. 15 minutes later the tracking showed unable to deliver. There is no reason my package could not be delivered. The driver made no attempt to make delivery and I am expected to spend another day waiting. If the driver had taken the time to stop or look around he would have seen my wife walking towards the truck. Totally unacceptable!

My pickup for bls passport suppose to be done on 12 may 2021 between 10am -2:00pm. However bls website is down since 4-5 days so I am not able to fill application online. Lost package
I am an artist in Vancouver BC Canada who shipped a large well-packaged contemporary oil painting to a buyer in Seattle in early April. It arrived in Seattle in good time and there was an attempted delivery to the receiver by UPS, the partner shipper to Purolator.
UPS wanted approx in $40 brokerage fees and the concierge at my collector's apt building understandably declined the package on that day as my client was not at home. When she received the notice, my collector immediately paid for the brokerage fees online and waited for the package to be delivered. It never arrived. However there were multiple "attempted" deliveries made, and then a final "delivery refused by receiver" data entry, all completely false. This went on for a few weeks.
My client has 24/7 concierge service and there is ALWAYS someone available to accept packages. Now the package is simply deemed "Lost" and I have been offered no explanation of what happened, no reimbursement for the value of the artwork, not even an explanation of where lost packages go. I have not even received reimburse for my shipping fees!
I have attempted on many occasions to get some answers from claims and tracing with both Purolator and UPS, and each keeps sending me back to the other for more information stating they cannot reveal the results of the investigation to me and apologizing for the inconvenience. This is more than an inconvenience. It's an original painting that cannot be replaced. Do I not deserve to know where it may have ended up?
To add insult to injury, I I have also been told that the painting was sent at "Shippers Risk" which is frustrating because I was told when the painting was shipped at my local Purolator office that the package was insured.

Parcel not delivered to my address.
Parcel BVG005969832 was to be delivered to my home address, as clearly stated on the order from Amazon.ca. The parcel was to be delivered today. This morning I received a call from Purolator say the package was delivered to Highway Groceteria, Winkler. This is not my home address, this is not the address on the package. I expect to have packages delivered to the address listed on the package and the original order.
Trying to be reasonable, I went to Highway Groceteria, Winkler; but they said the package wasn't there or wasn't "checked in".
If UPS, Canada Post and DHL can deliver to my home address, why can't you?
Why are delivering my package to a third party, who misplaces or looses it? Why are you calling me and telling my my package is delivered when it was not?
I expect Purolator to provide the service that it was contracted to perform!
Desired outcome: Deliver my packages to the address on the package. You delivered this package six blocks from the correct address!!!

After not being flexible enough to deliver my phone when I am home, they took upon themselves to ship my phone back the very next day, when their policy plainly states that they would hold it in their depot for 5 days.
Incompetent pathetic clowns.
