20 minutes on a chat with an idiot rep: Couldn't tell me a single thing.
Called and waited 10 minutes. Waited 15 for a call back.
Told that the 8 hours I'd waited, 10 minutes from the depot in this backwater town, didn't mean anything and it could be all the way as late as 8pm!
10 minutes later I get a @^$^ email saying "Mechanical delay" and now I'm waiting THREE MORE days.
They've always sucked and that will never, EVER change.

Recommendation: AVOID PuroLOATER
