Sonic Drive-In review: service every time

Almost every time we go to our Sonic in Derby, KS, they get our meals incorrect. They almost never bring the frosting, syrup, or ranch when we ask for it. We have to have them go back and sometimes, like today, they have to go back two or three times. Then, they also can't see to get the kids on our drinks. Today that happened with a very hot coffee and my husband ended up spilling it and burning his hand. We've mentioned it before, but these things keep happening. I love Sonic food and don't want to stop going there, but these type of mistakes need to stop.
