Sonic Drive-In review: milkshake

I purchased a chocolate milkshake from the drive-thru. brought it home and started to eat it. It was so frozen no straw could be used and it was very grainy! the girl at the window was not friendly at all, no customer service. I had to leave home and take the milkshake back. I went thru the drive-thru again. The girl at the window doesn't even say anything at all. I give her the shake back and tell her that its all wrong and horrible shake, I want my money back. I got my money back, but again no words from her or manager! No "I'm sorry", no nothing. I will never go to any sonic ever again. Horrible cutomer service. But I guess that's what you should expect from kids now days.
