Sonic Drive-In food appearance and taste

Ordered a chicken dinner and the only thing good about it was the gravy I asked to speak with the manager and said would you eat this she says yes that's all I eat here is the Chicken she said it's supposed to look dark but I've eaten at sonic and worked there plenty times and I know we never sold chicken strips like that it looked like it had been sitting behind the oven and all she could offer was some more tator tots and an onion ring

Sonic Drive-In food and service

We sat in the stall for 30 minutes after the button was pressed before we went to the door to ask what was wrong and they told us they weren't taking orders from stall, only drive through but they neglected to tell us. We were missing all sauces we asked for and the food was put together very poorly, and the manager ignored us when we tried to say what was wrong and nearly dropped our food, all of our shakes were melted, the mozzarella sticks were undercooked and still cold . All in all it was extremely unprofessional and I am very displeased . They didnt even have the courtesy to apologize and this is not the first time I've had issues there . We also called 5 time so we could attempt to get the store number from them and they ignored our calls .

Sonic Drive-In the amount of time it takes to get service and the attitude and professionalism or the lack of!

I sat in line for 25 minutes watching people drive off while waiting in line in the drive through this makes twice in the last two weeks I stop every day and it progressively has deteriorated as far as service goes! And after waiting in line the best part is no apology still full price and they even made it seem like I was dumb for waiting so long! I go to this sonic because I like to keep my money local and have for 20 years but I don't think I'll be visiting again. It's gotten bad like this before and I complained but after the experience I had tonight I'm just gonna have to find another sonic!

This place is always a joke. The hire the most disrespectful dirtbag kids and let them do pretty much whatever they want. Seems like the only one serving anyone is the dope man in the Acura tlx serving the kids up while they work.

Sonic Drive-In took way too long and messed it up

Well first of all I ordered two extra long Philly chz stk and large tots. I waited for more than 15 mins before I pushed the call button to inquire about what was taking so long. After the initial greeting, after I stated my complaint, was discontinued from the call without any answer to my inquiry. Finally, after another 4-5 mins, someone came out to bring me my food, an it was WRONG. Instead of 2 Philly sandwiches I only got 1. So I had to wait for another 6-8 mins before someone finally brought my other sandwich. So of course my other food was cold by the time I got my whole order.
Then to top it all off, they really skimpped me on the sandwich. So very, very disappointed with the service lately with this Sonic, mainly n the evening times when it's only the young children working.

Sonic Drive-In service

I placed an order for 12 piece boneless wings and they were pt into the bag upside down. I didn't notice until i got back to work and picked the bag up and it fell through the bottom spilling all over my car. I will attach photos. Not only that but they put the fork right on top of the wings and so the plastic bag that the utensil is in, that they touched with their bare hands was on top of my food. Sonic Drive-In food was not right sent the car hop back 3 times

I order food food was not right.. sent back a second time drinks was not right.. I ask for cheeseburger with only mayo and mustard. They brought me a well dressed burger back.. my drink order was also wrong.. I ask for 2 root beers a orange Fanta and hi c. They brought me 2 slushes and a root beer and orange soda. They forgot my kids toys. I have never had a problem with my food nor drinks until tonight.. highly upset!

Sonic Drive-In employee/food

As I was waiting for my order I saw the message that the server was on its way with the food.I was parked in the he very front and could see to he inside and noticed there was an employee stuffing her mouth with food and eating nest to the kitchen.I keept looking at her and she grabs some bags as like she was fixing the order.Turns out it was my order I'm not sure of she was eating off what they had just cooked for me .The server name is Xaniyah .This is totally unsanitary and unacceptable in any food restaurant business. I didn't even understand why nobody inside told her nothing if she was doing it like it was normal. Someone needs to retrain employees and let them know they can't be eating customers food or even touching it without gloves.Please address this issue immediately with the store .

Sonic Drive-In food cold, tasted old and only 2 people working

Pulled up to a stall, pushed red button, waited, pushed button again, waited, pushed button a 3rd time, waited, call the store to find out why they would not take our order found out only 2 people working, finally gave up and went through the drive through which had a very long line as it was happy hour and place was very busy. Tots tasted old and were cold.

Sonic Drive-In philly cheesesteak — $2.99

On 09-03-2019 @20:12:4, I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with tater tots special. When I saw the hot dog bun had no cheese like shown on advertisement/TV. And was given three crumbs supposedly the meat portion. The advertisement shows the hot dog bun is filled from one end to the other. They didn't put anything resembling philly cheesesteak! And put some kind of dressing to substitute for the melted cheese. Was no melted cheese, was very bland. Was very disappointed. Had my heart set on a great Philly Cheesesteak! Want visit this Sonic ever again! Got the feeling they took crumbs from the bottom of their fryer. Basically I was screwed over for my Phily Cheesesteak! My bun barely had anything on it... very disgusting! They don't put the required meat at all, so wrong. Would like to be comped for their stupidity.

Sonic Drive-In lemonberry fruit slush with strawberry fruit

I ordered a LEMONBERRY fruit Slush with Strawberry Fruit. I received what tastes like a very lightly flavored pineapple fruit slush with pineapples. It looks like a little bit of strawberry might have been added, but just barely. Many errors at this location, I rarely go, but husband wanted some Sonic, so I obliged, only for the slush... and was disappointed. I live 15 mins away and certainly dont feel like going back. Ticket number 528 at 9:06pm on 9-2-19.

Sonic Drive-In service

I went through the drive thru and asked what was the difference in the big scoop cookie dough blast and sundae. The answer I got was one is a blast and one is a sundae. So we ordered both. The blast ended up having Oreo pieces all in the bottom of it which it does not come with Oreo. Once I got home and started to eat my sundae it had a hair in it.

Sonic Drive-In service

Went to the Sonic in Pecos, Tx twice in the last week. My order has been incorrect 4 times in 2 visits. Then the 2 managers get an attitude and then tell me I owe an extra 54 cents. Geez! Get qualified employees and train then! But I guess first you need qualified managers!

Or do like every other service companies do! Fire them...Vlean house until you get qualified workers willing to do their job 100% of the time!

One more thing. This incident made me so angry that I beat up my grandmother who is in a wheelchair. I was so angry at them. When we got into an argument I pushed her so hard that I knocked her out of her wheelchair. I helped her up. I wished that I did not because she called the police and is pressing charges against me. Imagine my own grandmother pressing charges against me. They need to be held accountable for what they made me do to my grandmother.

Sonic Drive-In service or lack of

I went to the Sonic last night at 915 PM and parked in the drive in order space. The first thing I notice was how busy and crowded the restaurant was with about ten to fifteen
male teen ages sitting around on the outdoor tables. Most were hanging out smoking drinking and a few were eating. There was about twenty to twenty five cars on the parking lot with people ordering and eating. When I went to place my order, I was repeatedly told that " It was too late and they could not take my order". I sat on the parking lot and watched as other black customers placed orders and received food. Although several service personal went by I was repeatedly ignored. Since I was the only white male, sober with money in my pocket, on the parking lot and the only person being refused service. The only conclusion I could reach is this is a NO WHITE MALES SERVED restaurant. This is not the first time that I have been refused service at this location but in fact the fourth. always being told we just closed, or the fryer is broke, the shake machine is being cleaned, ect... ect... any thing i ordered could not be fixed.There is no resolution for me too this as I will never spend another penny at your restaurant.Your only hope for fixing this gang infested racist restaurant is a complete replacement of all employees or closure. If this is how SONIC wants to do business and treat customers so be it and good riddance. MY money will be down the road .

Sonic Drive-In food was slow and the philly cheesesteak is lacking meat and cheese.

On 8/30 at 8:04 pm I went to this food establishment, push the button and it took the staff about 15 minutes to take my order. There was a wait for my food. I push the call button again which took an additional 10 minutes for the female staff to answer. It is unprofessional to call a customer sweet, honey or dear. After getting home, my food is cold and the sandwich was lacking meat and cheese as if it was throw together sloppy.

Sonic Drive-In sonic customer service

If I would give it zero I would. Zero customer service and bad security. Been hacked and over $100 dollars charges against my cards over several instances. They had a "recent" policy change so they can't refund obvious fraudulent charges. What a load of bull. Manager at customer service told me he understood how I felt, but when I asked him if someone stole his money, it was crickets.

Sonic Drive-In foot long philly cheesesteak

They Barely put any meat in it and put the cheese all clumped up in just the middle I'm Allergic to onions and ask them to take them off and add a little more cheese bc I got one a 6 " a couple of days ago and it didn't have much cheese so that's why I ask for extra cheese on the foot long one and to get one that doesn't even look good is not okay with me

Sonic Drive-In drive through

If I'm going to wait 10+ mins for 3 hot dogs in the drive thru, in 97 degree heat, with an empty gas tank (why I chose drive thru in the first place). I would like to at least GET ALL 3 HOT DOGS

And if the new sound system isnt working correctly, freaking fix it. I'm tired of screaming my order, having the box BLAST ALL OF US IN A 4 CAR RADIUS and it's still wrong.

Sonic Drive-In incompetent customer service

I order ahead in my app as I always do and when I got to the location it had me sign into which stall I was at it. It kept showing that my stuff (2 drinks) was in the kitchen well after about 15mins of waiting I pressed the button and asked about my drinks. They said there was no order under my name there and was unsure I got the right sonic. I said yes and had the screen showing me logged in and stuff in the kitchen and a young man came out and looked and saw it I told him yall already owed me 4 Rt 44 for making me wait over 30 mins for my drinks a week or so ago. He said OK he'll take care of it them a girl came back on the intercom and asked me what I wanted and I told her my 2 drinknorsr and she said i was needing to pay again. I said no I'm not I've been with you all with this before and she said well you'll have to call corporate and I said that's not how it was handled before and she said I still needed to pay for it and will have to call corporate cuase the app wasn't working... OK well even if the app isn't working the store Owed me 4 Rt 44 drinks alrwady and yet a yound man chimed in and tried be cocky with me and said you'll have to call corporate. I've never had to deal with corporate and the ifiots didn't get that even if they didn't get my app order the store still owes me 4 Rt 44 drinks. It's totally and bunch of BS. Day crew is wonderful there. Night crew if it's the younger ones there then service is crap. They're too busy jacking around instead of working. All in all it was an unnecessary situation and I left without an order. I go to this particular store at least twice a day and for this lol punk to act like that and not get that irregardless of the app working or not I was still owed 4 Rt 44 drinks. I cussed him and left because I'm Fed up with the younger crew that's on some of the night crew. Now I've been charged for two drinks and didn't get them and I still have 4 free coming but Noone can seem to understand that. If they'd quit playing and work maybe they could think about the situation

My Family and I went to Sonic for Burgers and Tots. 8-27-19 7:15pm .
We ordered 5 burger and tots and we were given 4. No big deal I just pushed the button and asked for the missing burger and tot. The girl said are you sure its not in your bag and I said No. The girl comes out with out a burger and tot and stares me down saying the burger and tot should be in the bag. Excuse me I told you it wasn't in the bag. She turns around goes inside with all employees looking out the window laughing. She comes out with a bag with the burger and tots and a recipe and said ok it will be $$$. Wait a minute I told you I didn't get my burger and tots from the previous order. She turns back around With the Bag and says ok . She goes back inside talks with the manager while everyone is looking out the windows laughing and smirking. While this is all happening my wife is sitting in the passenger seat upset and really not wanting to eat with out me having anything to eat. My youngest daughter is in the back seat in tears saying Dad are you going to get to eat you can have mine. She is 7, my Son 12 my other daughter 15 all in the back seat asking Why does she still have your Food in her hand waving it around just over there talking. I was very upset, but held it in I didn't want that to ruin our movie night. We decided to make a quick stop for burgers and tots just before our movie. Finally the girl came out with my burger and tots and said here you go my manager said to just give this to you. Really I paid for that . I asked for my receipts because I never received a receipt for my original order. She goes back in and brings my recipe so I ask her will you please write the managers name on it. She turns around goes back in and out comes the manager Amber. Amber says is there a problem can I help . I said yes and you should already know . She said well we made your order and I know you got 5 burgers and 5 tots. Really your going to help me by telling me your right and I'm wrong. If I'm sitting here with out a burger to eat then no there was only 4 not 5. Amber then says are you sure. At this point I asked her to just get away . Really need better training in management and employees.

Sonic Drive-In Very slow and coffee spilled on me

Went to stall #4 about 8:00 am, ordered one cup of coffee. At 8:15 saw that everyone before and after had gptten their orders. paged attendant to say i would drive around to the drive thru and pick up my coffee. did so. She apologized for being shorthanded. two more minutes and she handed me two cups on the house. went to put one down and the lid popped of spilling 135 plus degree coffee across my belly and into the console. I got a blister on my finger. a hot belly and now the window switches on my console wont work. the attendant saw this and handed me a wad of paper towels as well as my scream. I videod all these facts as well as temperature and will hold onto it until i hear from sonic. the attendant should also confirm it. I like sonic coffe but have gotten several complaints to share including an attendant at the drive thru that had my coffee sitting on the counter and decided to take a break with a car behind me.
