Made order Sat 1/17, for the amount of $77.44, EVERY item on the order was wrong. It was a door dash order,Door dash advised that we call sonic, the woman @ sonic Erika hung up on my husband then would not answer the next 4 times that we called. We took it as a bad night for them & drove to the location tonight & ordered. While we were there, we tried to bring the issue to the attn of mgr Nick, who first said he would remake the entire order, but we ended up paying for entire order. When it was finally ready, he & two other girls brought it out, rushing us the entire time, suggesting that we needed to say everything was correct. He had us so frazzled that we stopped checking and left. When I attempted to check a burger he started naming what was in what bag, so we just assumed he did HIS job, and ensured it was there and correct, but not to my surprise when we got home not only was the entire chili cheese coney was missing, one of the burgers was completely incorrect and there was HAIR in the chili cheese fries. We called back to try to get the issue handled and "Nick" told my husband that it was OUR JOB, not his to ensure all of our food was there and correct, then proceeded to antagonize my husband& insinuate he was going to fight my husband once we got there to pick it up. I called back, attempting to speak to him & diffuse the situation,explain how far away we live,he said "I drive too". I said but you ensured us under your watch it will 1000% be correct. He said I have too much to do its your job to check it. I said how is that my job and the entire time he was talking over me, not allowing me to speak & called me a [censored]! He then said when you come get this MF coney, we can find another sonic to go to, not to come back there. He kept making an "aghhhh" noise into the phone to silence me,then hung up on me. The mgr called my husband, called us liars and ALSO HUNG UP on my husband! Now were out of an entire order of food plus the coney. ALL OF THIS IS RECORDED.
Claimed loss: Lost gas driving back and forth and was made to feel intimidated by the staff. I am filing complaint with the BBB and will be contacting an attorney with the recordings since the GM stated we were liars and hung up on us.
Desired outcome: Refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $146.52
