Sonic Drive-In review: Employees not being able to eat sonic food while on the clock?

I am an employee of Sonic Drive in and was a little confused why the employees can't eat there while on the clock! Why we can't get a spending budget during the weeks we work! There has been very busy time when I can't get breaks and can't eat! I get headaches and craps from not eating all day. What is your policy on employees having the right to eat at there own work zone then managers do? Thank you
