I was leaving the ER and stop at sonic. It was approximately 6pm. After waiting for 10 min we were finally able to place our order in the drive thru. So now it's about10-15 mins after 6pm a my payment was taken, at 6:24pm . I received my food at 6:45 pm. I was missing an order of O rings and my food was cold. The lady stated they were short staffed. I'm sympathetic to hard working folks and those two were busting their butt.However I should have been reimbursed for my food and time. Corporate needs to step up and help these people. As a GM of a retail store this kind of service would not be tolerated at my store. This location is very busy most of the time and they need some structure, organization & management.
