Sonic Drive-In loud cursing from inside

I always go to lunch at this sonic cause I build houses across the street today I had my kid with me and when I got to the window I heard someone say oh my God these [censored]ing customer won't go the [censored] away so I feel if sonic don't want my business I will not return to the sonic on 231 Panama City FL me as a customer feel disrespected and for my child to hear this is just messed up but if sonic don't want my business I will go elsewhere

Sonic Drive-In manager

I don't understand how a manager can be dating a carhop. And has his Facebook post publicly viewed about the relationship. Also smoking pot on back patio with the morning cook. Mike fuller is dating a carhop kya as well as smoking marijuana with Marcus the morning cook. This is totally outrageous. I have seen this company terminate great employees for less then this and I find this to be fraternization to say the least

Sonic Drive-In wings, drinks, fries

Went to sonic on the 3rd of January. I got rough 33 dollars of food at sonic. First they forgot our fries, so we had to pull back into the sonic parking both, they gave us some hassle over the fries, that we had paid for and had the receipt but no fries. Then when we arrived home we notice the wings did not have any sauce on one set of wings and the other set of wings had barely a splash on them. Then noticed the drinks were wrong as well. Took the wings back, got a little grief when tryin to explain the situation nicely. Then got the "new" and "fixed" wings they were cold and some sort of covered in sauce. Ended up just saying it's whatever went home and just dealt with what we got. Very disappointed and concerned on how hard they make working at a fast food chain. Will not be returning to that sonic or a sonic in the clarksville area.

Sonic Drive-In drive thru/cold food/ 45min wait time

I was leaving the ER and stop at sonic. It was approximately 6pm. After waiting for 10 min we were finally able to place our order in the drive thru. So now it's about10-15 mins after 6pm a my payment was taken, at 6:24pm . I received my food at 6:45 pm. I was missing an order of O rings and my food was cold. The lady stated they were short staffed. I'm sympathetic to hard working folks and those two were busting their butt.However I should have been reimbursed for my food and time. Corporate needs to step up and help these people. As a GM of a retail store this kind of service would not be tolerated at my store. This location is very busy most of the time and they need some structure, organization & management.

Sonic Drive-In milkshake

My granddaughter ordered a milkshake in a door dash order. She has rather severe peanut allergies but didn't think a plain milkshake would be a problem. However, shortly after drinking it, her face and throat began to itch. Thankfully, she was able to take some remedy meds to counteract it. I think that this is terrible that one cannot expect to order something without getting cross contamination. Seems like it's a cleanliness/sanitation issue.

Sonic Drive-In order

Yesterday (12/30/19 @ 12:31pm) I received the wrong order, my burger was cold and my french fries had so much salt on them I literally could not eat them (I love salt and usually add extra). I was on lunch break so I was unable to re-order or send anything back because I had to hurry up and get back to work. I'm very disappointed because Sonic is one of my favorite QUICK stops for good tasting burgers among other things.

Service was good the car hop couldn't help the horrible food that was brought to me!

Sonic Drive-In my refund haven’t been credited back to card and it’s approaching a week.

I went the Sonics and ordered a bacon toaster meal but when I received it the bread wasn't toasted and the bacon was a half of slice that covered the middle of the bread. I told the manager Tiffany that it wasn't done correctly and she said yes it was. I proceeded to ask for a refund and she kept the original receipt and told me she couldn't give me cash and I would see it back on gift card in 2-3 days. It's approaching a week now and she was very unprofessional in the manner she handled the situation. I went back because I wanted a copy of the original receipt and the receipt where she processed the refund. She had no care in the world when I told her I was going to contact corporate. The customer service is about 4 on a scale of 1-10.

Of course she is unprofessional with you. You are nothing but a beggar trying to get free food. You probably ate the food and lied about how it was. Funny how you did not include the picture of the food.

I am glad that you did not get your refund. Funny how people have no issue eating the food but when it comes to paying for the food then you have an issue. I you have cannot afford your meal make your own, it is a lot cheaper, or visit a soup kitchen.

Sonic Drive-In drink flavors

I am super sad and disappointed the sonic drive in at the American canyon location took off their green apple and watermelon flavors. One of the main reasons I like to come here is to enjoy those flavors. I drive to American canyon location from Napa. I would truly appreciate it if you would bring back these flavors. I will not be coming back and will tell everyone I know to also not come to sonic until those flavors are brought back. Thank you!

Sonic Drive-In cancel order

I ordered on the sonic app and it went to this location instead of the location I was going to I made many attempts to call this number to cancel the order but no one answered the phone. My app wouldn't allow me to cancel right after I ordered and had the phone number for issues with the order but no one answered. I paid for food that I didn't pick up because I wasn't headed that way. I am very upset that no one was available to cancel my order

Sonic Drive-In customer service/wait time

12/22/2019 @ 1600 we arrived at Sonic, the first window we pulled up to was not working, we backed up and went to the next. We pressed the red button to give our order but no one ever asked could they help us. We waited for 10 minutes with the red line saying someone will be with you in a moment. Now the Sonic was not full at this time and there was staff inside but no one ever asked our order. We left
We returned about 30 minutes later parked at another stall where we could see inside. The same thing happened. There were 4 people inside, 2 outside with 4 cars in the stalls and no one would ever take out order. We waited for 15 minutes with the red line on the screen someone to take your order.
I go to Sonic at least 4 times a week, I buy gift cards and I have the Sonic app but with this type of customer service I will give away my gift cards and not return to Sonic.

Sonic Drive-In online app order / sonic out of lids

I ordered a coffee on the app.
Arrived at sonic and they came out saying they had no lids and did I want to replace it with something else because my money of course had already been deducted from my card.
I asked if they just couldn't just give me the coffee with the lid.
The girl went in and came back saying manager said they couldn't because of liability.
No offer to refund or apologies.

Sonic Drive-In customer service

I visited 2537 bemiss rd tonight... My lady n I had to sit in line for almost 15 mins before order was taking.. Then as I'm ordering.. I asked for onion rings.. Cashier jarell said we don't have onion rings..I asked y'all don't have any ready or what? He said we don't have any ready n can't make them cause its gone be hour or so...I continued to window where there wasn't any friendly greeting or anything.. Just total $10.20.. I'm very upset with experience

Sonic Drive-In employee

We ordered from the Sonic app so that food would be ready for pick up when we arrived. This particular sonic closes at 12 and we arrived to pick up our order at 10 and did as the app said and checked in from our phone. After doing so, we sat there for almost 20 minutes waiting. Our headlights were shining into the place of business so it was obvious that they saw us. Finally, we pressed the button and the man says "oh we only do drive thru" after knowing that we had checked in on the app and seeing us sit there for almost 20 minutes. So we pull around and our food is just sitting there, cold at this point. As we drive off, we sip what is supposed to be our slushy and it's not even a slushy it's a drink. So we have to turn around, pull back around and explain to the man and his response was, "oh, my bad"
We thought by ordering through the app it would be a quick and convenient experience. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very obvious when the employees just don't care about their paying customers. Doubt we will be back.

Sonic Drive-In employee’s attitude

Get rid of the [censored] with the bad attitude! On my receipt it shows a girl named Tejah. The name on my screen for my server was Kermesha. I assumed my server was the same girl who took my order so when she arrived with my food, I'll admit I started cursing at her because I was upset. She just stood there looking a bit lost so I asked her if she took my order and she simply replied no sir. I pointed to the name on the top of my receipt and asked if that was the girl who took my order and she she again politely replied yes sir. I then apologized to kermesha because I reacted in anger to her and she didn't do anything wrong. Tejah on the other hand has a horrible attitude and completely ruined my experience at this sonic. When she first asked to take my order, I could hear the attitude in her voice. She claimed she could not hear me then just hung up on me without letting me finish my order. I had to keep pushing the button and calling back in to make sure my order was correctly placed. The experience here was just horrible. I'm from Ohio but I'm here visiting family for the holidays. I go to Sonics all the time because I travel a lot and usually I love the service. I cannot say the same for my experience today. As I mentioned I live out of town so I'll probably never be back to this location. You need to explain to your employees the importance of good customer service. It doesn't just effect one person but it makes everyone look bad. Like I said I won't be back to this location but I do apologize for cursing at my server the way that I did. She remained calm and was still nice to me even after I cursed at her.

Sonic Drive-In complaints on order

Almost every time I have pulled into a Sonic Drive-In, my order has been either screwed up or I don't get to finish ordering. This is very disappointing and comes as quite a disadvantage considering I am a very busy person. I do not think I will be coming to a Sonic Drive-In as often as I usually do. I completely understand how busy you guys can be at times, but at least take the time to get my order right.

Sonic Drive-In manager

This facility is embezzling money by voiding orders, Managers speak to the crew like they are less than human.(yelling, cursing threating to "hit" a crew member)
16 year olds are flashing their women top parts to men and women over the age of 20. Money Is being stolen from car hops. After speaking to the general manager shr informed myself and others that 'weve worked our way up to be able to talk to the crew however we want" nothing about this place is professional, not to mention the hundreds of dollars being stollen from the company and carhops! I know writing this complaint may do nothing, but I had to try. No one deserves to be treated that way in a work place. It's absolutely horrible

Sonic Drive-In the manager

Wow.. On 12/12/2019, k at about 7 PM, I went through the drive thru. The employee was very nice and professional as I ordered and the same when I pulled up. I had to wait a little because I had an order that called for no tomatoes on the sandwich. I was waiting.. waiting... which was no problem. The employee who took my order was very professional. I paid my bill and was waiting because I knew it was a special order w/o the tomatoes. Then, a male, I believe was the manager, came to the window and in a demanding way asked me what I ordered. I told him. He then tried to charge me again, only about $6 more than normal, for what I had already paid for. He was very rude. I told him I already paid for my order (I've ordered the same thing many times and know what I'm supposed to pay). He abruptly shut the window and walked away.

During my time at the window, I saw what I thought was not manager like from who I think was the manager toward the employees. It concerned me because if the employees are being harassed, what is my food going to be like? You need another manager there I think.

Finally, when I got my food, he, I think the manager, brought it to my window. I asked him where the nice employee went that originally took my order. He said she was working "up front". I asked if I could speak to her. A few moments later, she showed up at the window and I told her she was very professional and if she made any mistakes I was alright with it but her boss, the manager, was by far the worst boss I've seen from my view from the window. I told her to hang in there. She sighed and said, "Thank you."

Get ride of that guy. He is not what you need to manage your Sonic. If I have any other problems with him I will never eat at that Sonic again. He is a menace and really does not know how to present for your company.

Sonic Drive-In my order

Firstly the girl couldn't even take my order by microphone she came out to car to try to take order.. My sister had to end up writing it down for her.. Secondly it took over 30 minutes to get our food when other vehicles after isa got theirs.. Then I get home and it's all wrong my 2 double cheeseburgers were supposed to have mayo and no onions and had ketchup instead and had onions, my 2 cheeseburgers was supposed to have mayo and they both had ketchup and mustard.. I ordered a chili cheese tot and got fries... Not very happy with my service at all

Sonic Drive-In carhop unethical be

I ordered a number 4 meal. When my cargo got to my car she basically tossed my food in my lap and told me my total. When I told her I paid in card she got upset and yelled at me that she knew that. She was very hostile, when I said okay maam she yelled at me again saying " I know your okay [censored] out of here" I did not enjoy being disrespected like this. Ms.brenda doesnt run a store like that. Being a previous sonic employee and a previous manager I know it can get stressful but taking that out on customers isnt the way to ease stress. This cargo was a short African American woman with short hair. She has served me numerous times and she's always rude. She shouldn't be employed at this location for her behavior to the people that keep her getting a paycheck

Sonic Drive-In the whole order

I went with my Sonic for the first time with my family, we were so excited about tasting the food for the first time. I order $63.00 worth of food and everything was very dry and old tasting. My son could not eat his strips because they were to hard. We use our drinks to push the food down. So unhappy about the whole experience. For the time we waited to get the order taken and wait on the order I would have thought everything would have be fresh.
