Sonic Drive-In milkshake

On January 5th at approximately 3 a.m. I'm sorry 3 p.m. I purchased a strawberry cheesecake milkshake with chocolate chips from the Sonic on Taft in Wichita falls Texas when I received the milkshake I received it with no whip cream I asked the manager to remake it or refund my money and for 10 minutes he argued with me and along with an employee by the name of Brittany saying that there was milk that there was whipped cream on the milkshake and accusing me of doing something with it after getting my blood pressure extremely high he finally we made the milkshake and again when it was brought to the car argued that he had made it right the first time I don't appreciate being accused apparently sucking the Cool whip off the milkshake and I have never been treated so poorly at Sonic

Sonic Drive-In service

I pulled up to place a order on January 1, 2019 and they keep ingoring the red button and i was just told there not takeing orders but yet the other people who just pulled up next to me just placed there order and the the car next to them just placed there order ..the manager just came out and was talking in Spanish to the people next to me .. I guess people forget that other people understand Spanish also and i don't take highly of a manager telling me " Gringo's needs to learn how to be patient.. Refuting to me .. This is racest and i will be damn if I ever come bk to this place again !

Sonic Drive-In steakhouse burger

My son n I live in the country, I've been very ill. So he went to Sonic in town to get me a steakhouse burger because it looked so good. I asked for the onions not to be grilled. That's the only difference I asked for. He came home with what looks like a dollar children's burger. No onions at all, no Mayo and no bacon! It would cost 6 dollars in gas to come back there to return it or I would get out of bed and do so! We are really upset by this n I am Soo disappointed. I tried to call the store but the num is incorrect. Please tell me what we can do.

Sonic Drive-In frito chili cheese pie

Ordered two frito chili cheese fries w/onions and jalapeños at store on 10411 Sorrento Rd., Pensacola, Florida and there was hardly any chili on n them. Very disappointing to say the least. My family and friends stopped there after leaving the library today. Everything else we ordered was fine as was the service but the chili cheese pies were disappointing.

Sonic Drive-In gloves

The Sonic in Whitehouse tx doesn't make their cooks wear gloves when cooking or putting food together and it's absolutely disgusting and I'd like something to be done about that. They don't wear gloves and they touch the burgers and hot dogs bare handed giving out germs that could potentially get people sick. please do something about this. Id rather not get sick while eating there. Thank you.

Sonic Drive-In my birthday shake

I got to the sonic in ingleside tx & the girl took my order as I was telling her about my free birthday shake she told me I had to order it on the app, I try doing it and call her outside because the system was down she said she couldn't help me anymore and there was no other way if I wanted I could check aransas so I did and it wasn't working either, I called sonic customer service, and she was very rude, she said she didn't know how to resolve my issue, she didn't know another way I could order my shake, how sad, I had never been treated like that, they were very rude,

Sonic Drive-In employee fraud

Someone filled out a job application at a Sonic in chattanooga tn. This was a paper job application. This was in June of 2017. I have complained to the ftc as well. I would appreciate this websites help in this matter. The Sonics are a fast food chain. I have complained to idtheft.gov as well. Help on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

Sonic Drive-In drive thru purchase

I ordered a steak house bc cheese burger with mayo mustard ketchup and pickle. The condaments were all in a blob in yhe middle of the burger the bacon was burned I could barley bite thru it the burger was only like warm not very hot at all very dissappointed these restraunt workers out here are wanting 15.00 an hour but they take no pride in there jobs that was the worst burger I have ever ordered and will never return to sonic again

Sonic Drive-In troy alabama

I did an application for Sonics and came to my interview, the manager told me to give him a call on the weekend, I did and he said he hadn't looked at the applications so I waited and continuesly asked about my application and he didn't want to reply or he'll just throw me off so I gave an old employee his number to see if he get the job and he gave him the job no interview no nothing, I feel like that's discrimination or something because I did what I had told do to get an interview and you just up and give this person a job because they used to work there, THAT IS NOT FAIR

Sonic Drive-In store closing before time

Late Saturday night 12/8/2018 me and my family decided on late dinner. We arrived and the store was closed before 10:30. I'm sure the store wasn't suppose to be closed. Employees were leaving and they shut the lights off. This is crazy because my kids love sonic and couldn't get any because of an lazy store manager. Something need to be done to whoever it was on duty whom closed the store 30 minutes before time! If they can't serve customers why are they working at a fast food restaurant? My kids were very upset!

Sonic Drive-In employment

I was recently fired from Sonic Drive-In located in McMinnville, TN. To start this process. I had asked for the the Crew Leader position. I was already working the hours and completing the task of a Crew Leader; the only thing I lacked was the pay for which I deserved. I am a full time student in college, I live alone, and I hold a full time time. So in a result of all that, I had over slept one day. I contacted my manager as soon as I woke up and informed them that I could come into work. I got no reply. When I returned to work the next day. I was informed that I was wrote up for the first time and they filed it as my third write up. That is lying on government forms. Than I was working day that I was not scheduled for. I had a rough week for I told my manager that I needed a break (a day off). I had already had another employee covering my shift. She did not reply, again. Later that night I received a message from another employee. She said, "hey girl they wanted me to let you know that you're let go. Im sorry:(". That was word for word how I was "fired", it is stated in the Laws that you CAN NOT fired an employee through another Employee. It MUST be a member of management that informs the employee that they no longer work there. This is just a few out of many, MANY, laws that were broken during my time of employment at Sonic Drive-In, McMinnville, TN, 37110.

Sonic Drive-In Frito trash and the help

Today at lunch I ordered two jr. Frito burgers and two small Frito pies at the drive thru. Instead I got four Junior Frito wraps. Plus the girl on the speaker could not talk loud enough so I pulled up to the window. she whispered all the way through my order and still got it wrong. That's as the Sonic on Sprout Springs in Flowery Branch Georgia- I will never return there again...

Sonic Drive-In service

I ordered two #10s (just the sandwich), for which I had a BOGO free coupon. As I was ordering the young man who was taking my order (Kevin) kept interrupting me which was very irritating, but I tried to ignore it. I proceeded with my order and requested that pickles be added to each sandwich for which I was told was extra (not a problem), and I also ordered a small fry. After waiting for a few minutes, he finally came out with my order and I then presented the coupon because I had forgotten to mention it while I was ordering. With an attitude, he (Kevin) let me know that I was supposed to mention it while ordering and took everything back with an attitude. While forgetting to mention the coupon was on my behalf, the attitude was unnecessary. When he returned I just decided to go home because being 4 1/2 months pregnant I just wanted to go home, eat and rest. As I was getting ready to eat, I noticed that my sandwiches were two visibly different sizes, almost like I had received one adult size and one kid size...not what I ordered and not what the coupon offered. On top of not getting 2 of what I ordered, there were no pickles on either and my fries were EXTREMELY cold and the one sandwich I did eat, or attempted to eat, the chicken was almost rock hard like it had been over cooked, sat out for a while, and then reheated in the microwave. Being pregnant not only did I not feel like driving back out in traffic, but lately I have been craving Sonic for a while and it is very disappointing when my craving is not satisfied. I was not able to eat any of the food I purchased and had to go back out when that was not what I wanted to do, to spend more money on something else to eat. I do not know what can be done to fix this, maybe a refund or compensation. Thank you in advance.

Sonic Drive-In hair was on my burger and there was mayo on it when I said no mayo.

On December 3rd at 11:48 a.m. I went to sonic and when I bit into my burger there was hair on it and there way mayo on it when I said no mayo. I'm mad because I didn't pay for there to be hair on my burger, and I said no mayo. I'd like a refund or a new burger with no hair and no mayo. I don't want to waste my money on something I cant even eat and cant go back because of school. When I order I want it to be exactly what I want and want to be able to eat it with no problem, because now I have nothing to eat.

Sonic Drive-In breakfast slider

I went to the Eustace Tx sonic on 12-3-18 at 7:45 am I went in the store because they have a drive through or you can go inside because it is paired with a gas station and the line outside was long and i was in a rush. I went inside and ordered 2 breakfast bacon sliders and a sweet tea I asked the guy if he made sure they were the breakfast ones and he replied with yes. i got my tea it tasted like it had been sitting for a WHILE and I got in the car and took a bite of my sandwich and then noticed it was not the right one because it had hamburger meat and mayonnaise in it. I called the Sonic back and the manager told me i had to bring them back to get fixed i understood her and told her i had to get to work and would've be able to come back until later i also told her that i had eaten the sandwich even though it was not what i ordered because i am pregnant and can not go without eating. she continued to laugh at me and told me "look lady i can't help you if you don't want to come back" and then she hung up the phone. i really hope to hear back from someone so that i can get the sandwiches i ordered

I came through tonight 11/10/18 at at 8:59pm. Not only did your store not take my coupons( not the issue, I paid ) but they charged my for honey mustard. Now they have done this a few times but they don't do it all the time. And I have comb through your terms and policies, and no where does it say that you charge for sauce. I even went to as far as ordering on the app and putting as much as 10 extra sauce is on there, and there was no additional charge. So now I am just confused, because I know you do not charge for sauce so why are you overcharging people? Date 11/10/18 8:59 p.m. receipt # 33741

I am just tried of the poor service at the Clinton Ok. store...no wonder the parking lot always looks empty..I live 15 miles away from the Sonic and when I get home half my order is not there Get real or Close down! staying away for another few months ...

Sonic Drive-In managers reaction to my complaint

Got home to find II had sliders instead of cheeseburgers and called the manager. He told me I ordered sliders and I told him I ordered double cheeseburgers (like the ad on tv) He told me he took the order and I ordered sliders. Told him I was not going to argue with him, but I would never be back (never got to the "hard as rocks tater tots). At my age (over 70) I would not order sliders for dinner (have never had a slider before) What happened to helping the customer?

Sonic Drive-In gave me wrong order

Ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel roll with cream cheese instead I got a corn dog charged me a dollar 99 with tax never got my order instead a corn dog also no receipt get back up to the same Sonic today at home about it they said I needed receipt but they never gave me received with the corn dog to time an accident happened sea poor service I need to get my refund back a dollar 99 with tax back

Sonic Drive-In twist tie off bread found in sandwich

On 11-25-18, I ordered a crispy tender sandwich and an oreo shake. When I started eating my sandwich, I broke a piece off of it and ate it in small pieces. When I got ready to eat the other part of the sandwich there was a twist tie that goes on a bread bag on my sandwich. I called the sonic store that I purchased the sandwich from. I spoke with the manager. I am not sure what her name was. She did apologize and ask what could she do. If I had taken a bite out of the sandwich instead of breaking pieces off, I cut have put this in my mouth and tried to chew it or possible swallowed it.

Sonic Drive-In burger combo

This past saturday I got there right when breakfast ended and lunch started, because that's when lunch is the freshest. I ordered the sonic with cheese burger combo, with mayo and mustard, and all the vegetables. Well once I got home (which is less than 2 miles away) I realized the burger wasn't even fit to be given to a dog. The buns were rock hard, like they weren't even real, or had been left out in the open overnight, the mayo and mustard were overwhelming. I took the top bun off to look at it. Yourself couldn't see the vegetables and meat because of the condiments. This had to have been a joke to someone. I don't believe in getting anyone in trouble, because people need their jobs, but this was absurd. People need to do better, because if you're that miserable, and can't take pride in what you do... Move on to something that makes you happy... Smh
