Sonic Drive-In review: chilli cheese dog and corn dog

I placed my order through the sonic app and when I got there and waited about 10min. I know they have other customers but it doesn't take that long for two hotdogs. When I finally got it, left the premises and bit into my corn dog, the hot dog was cold inside and my chilli dog. I was very disappointed when I got home. This was very unlikely because I never had a problem with Sonic. They need to do better.
