Rude, job quality was awful

Nobody working is wearing hair nets there was a hair in an ice cream we bout and when confronted they employees where rude this should really be addressed its disgusting to find someones hair in your order and they should be wearing hair nets. I ordered a large bacon cheeseburger combo with no onions or ketchup, tater tots. and a large coke. Got home, burger was cold and with the things i didn't ask for on it. tater tots were hard and the coke taste like water. Very 😡!, and hungry.already had to wait forever.paid to much for. It to be messed up. Money hard to come by these days to waste.
Diet Cherry Limeade
Hi,
I was sad to get my usual Diet Cherry Limeade which I love, only this time to get what I call red Sprite.Not flavorful at all. There were no limes or cherries in the drink. That was the best part. Definitely didn't taste at all like lime. Do I have to ask for the fruit now or was I given a badly made drink ? I would have returned it but went thru the drive thru and didn't try it til I got home. Please let me know if the drink has changed because if it has then I'm never ordering it again.

We ordered 2 super sonic double bacon cheeseburgers and a regular cheese burger with added bacon. Two of the burgers did not have bacon and one of the burgers also had a hair in it. We love sonic and this has never happened to us, but It was very disappointing that this happened considering we're charged for the bacon. We hope issues like this can be resolved and prevented from happening again.

We ordered a double stack cheeseburger and it was so slimy that it was unrecognizable. The bun was falling off and the burger was burnt. There was way too much mayonnaise and was so salty. My son's plain cheeseburger was slathered with mustard pickles and ketchup so he went without dinner. My husband's cheeseburger was burnt and messy too. We have not usually had bad service there but we were starving. I wish we could be refunded or we may not go back.

Today (3/1/20) I ordered the chicken tender meal an waited about 30 mins until I got to the window to pay. Once at the window I waited 10 more mins to pay. The lady at the window asked me if I wanted to wait for the strawberry lemonade to be made, I said sure and she handed me my food, the food was cold. After waiting 15 mins I went inside just to recieve my drink. The service should not be that long just to recieve one order.

My wife and I ordered $15.00 worth of food around 10:25am on February 29th. We waited at least 10 minutes for our order when we saw the screen said Nikki is on her way with the order. So we waited another 2 minutes and when I hit the call button and asked if someone else got our order the child on the speaker screamed through the speaker that it will be right there. I'm 52 years old and don't need a child screaming at me. That really pissed me off. So I left without our order. I will pass the word to not eat at sonic any more as I am also done with yall. Your young employees need to be trained on customer satisfaction because she ruined it for me.

I called in...I wanted a fresh hamburger and tots. My reason for calling and specifically asking...is to have my item's made HOT and FRESH! My husband would pick up/3mins away. Would wait if need be.
